The food is always good and the staff are friendly and courteous. Very wheelchair friendly too. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Food excellent, waitress very friendly. Restaurant did seem a bit stressed. Went for birthday celebrations was given complimentary drink and sweet. 12.5% gratuity charge a bit much but is optional.

I visited cote with my sister who uses and wheelchair and has specific dietary needs. The staff we amazing and nothing was too much trouble which meant that we could all have a wonderful lunch out. Thank you to all the hardworking and thoughtful staff.

Superb food and service, never disappoints. Very busy Friday evening but the staff were fully in control and there were no delays. They still make you feel special

Excellent. Friendly and very professional service. Why do we have to give a minimum of 25 words? Surely you should accept the amount of words clients wish to use. It is good that the employees who work in the restaurants do not expect guests to have to use so many words. Your company is so lucky that they have such good employees.

Excellent service & delicious food! There was a good choice on the value menu and we were made to feel very welcome, with the waitress checking the occasion & bringing complementary fizz for the birthday girl. Looking forward to going again soon!

11 of us had a meal here (Peterborough) on NYE. The food was very good and so full of taste. The customer service was excellent throughout. As it was NYE we were invited to see in the NY watching the fireworks over Cathedral Square (location of restaurant) with a kir royale. Several in the group have already said about returning here next NYE.

Looked after very well and presented granddaughter and my self with a birthday plate. Only criticism was they tried to charge us for all but one complementary Bucks Fizz , feel the manager thought we wouldn't check the bill.

Fabulous meal. Fabulous service. We took my elderly father in law and they gave him as much time as he needed to choose and enjoy his meal.

Lovely food as in all Cote Brasseries that I have been to, but the service was quite slow. A good location, just off the main shopping area.

Lovely, lively atmosphere. Food was as good as ever and our party had a variety of dishes from the menu. Staff were friendly and helpful even when the bill needed amending. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were lovely. However, it was a bit of a drop-in centre for friends, girlfriends and family. Babies were paraded around with loud impromptu group conversations with the manager. All in all it was like having an expensive meal in someone else’s living room. Food was excellent

Excellent meal at the Peterborough Cote and they even remembered my birthday. Thank you for making it a memorable occasion. The food is always very good and well presented. I have £50 worth of tokens to spend there in the new year and I am really looking forward to the meals there.

This was our first visit for myself & my husband. We were made very welcome when we arrived. The waitress staff were lovely and very helpful. The food was absolutely out of this world. It might have been our first visit but it certainly won't be our last!

Great food, attentive service, no rushing you out of the door. Typically French feel. We had breakfast and it turned out to be a perfect spot to meet up with our daughters and fellas who had travelled from afar. Will definitely do it again. For the quality I was happy to pay that bit more. Recommended it highly.

The staff provided an excellent service, the food was good, tasty, cooked beautifully and the environment was warm, friendly, busy but did not feel overcrowded.

Fantastic meal with an attentive staff. We will most definitely return later this year for another meal. The choice on the set menu was very good.

We went as a group and both the food and drink were very good. Given we were early at lunchtime it was a disappointment that one of the options on the lunch menu was nearly sold out. The only disappointment was the table was a booth which was a bit small for the 6 of us. As there were some empty tables, perhaps a larger table could have been available. All hard surfaces made the restaurant very loud and conversation difficult. It always annoys me that as a pseudo-French restaurant you don't provide good bread free of charge with the entrees - I would have appreciated some with my otherwise excellent prawns special.

Excellent service and attention as always - The fish pie was delicious and bottle Merlot was great a compliment with the steak dishes Great Atmosphere day upstairs and really Christmassy !
