Excellent meal & Excellent service,what more could you ask for. Staff including the hands on manager were very attentive.The Quality of my soft drink (Driving) and my wife's wine was great.

It was a snowy December evening and we were greeted with a warm welcome. We can never resist the roasted chicken, but after the breaded calamari we just didnt have room for a pudding. Very attentive service. Excellent.

Excellent food as always and great staff . It was a very busy evening and service was slower than we normally receive. It felt as though there were not quite enough staff .

Staff very friendly, good ambience and lovely food. The only reason I didn’t give a five rating was because I don’t believe that a gratuity should be automatically added to the bill, you should be given the choice (I know you can ask for it to be taken off, but you shouldn’t have to ask, they should ask you)

Perfect.....as always :) cannot fault food, wine ambiance and staff . Have been here at all times of the day, the service, food and feeling of being important to the restaurant never disappoints.

Pre booked our table via the internet and liked the reminder message. Our first visit, staff were friendly and helpful and also very patient as we did talk a lot before ordering. Food arrived promptly and order was correct on all courses. Quality of the food was very good. Perfectly poached on on the Frisee and the lamb pie was delicious, carrots, lovely soft but firm buttery, steaming. Creme Caramel, absolutely beautiful. Would definitelly recommend and we will be going again. To the staff that served us our thanks for a lovely afternoon

Pleasant surroundings,starter and main meal deal very good however others overpriced. 25% service charge although optional is covertly added to the bill, very expensive if not noticed.

Delicious food and a nice ambiance. Friendly and helpful staff but service quite slow. Not so good if you have a deadline e to meet or a train to catch.

The restaurant is well place, the surrounding buildings are beautiful and the restaurant is located within walking distance of the cathedral with good parking, shopping and interesting places to visit nearby I have enjoyed every visit to Pbro Côte thank you.

Great service, great food at a very busy time. Thoroughly enjoyable. 4 of us chose different meals and all were to an extremely high standard. Very enjoyable evening.

Food lovely as usual. Staff really friendly and attentive. Service a bit slower than we would have liked but was understandable as it was so busy.

My friends enjoyed their meal, the service was perfect. the only slight downside was that the potato that was served with my Hake (from the early bird menu) was a bit too watery and pretty tasteless - whilst it was disappointing, it would not prevent me from returning to Cote.

Not the first time my friends and I have eaten here, which is why we returned here again for our pre Christmas meal. As per usual, all of our meals were delicious. Always a lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. Would highly recommend.

What a lovely place. We went for a family meal, and the staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure everything was perfect. There was no waiting around between courses, and the food was divine! Great choice inc kids menu. Thank you to the staff, you really were great!

Friendly staff. Excellent value 'Formule' breakfast deal. For £10.50 you get a cooked breakfast, a juice anda hot drink. Very central location. We always have breakfast here when on business trips to Peterborough.

SERVICE GREAT , MAIN MEAL BRILLIANT, AS WAS STARTER BUT THE PUDDING WAS LAMENTABLE. THE CREPE MARINIER WAS CHEWY AND NOT PLEASANT ASI IF IT HAD BEEN MADE 2 DAYS PREVIOSELY.. £212.00 FOR A MEAL FOR 4 ( ONE CHILD) WAS OK, CHAMPAGNE INCLUDED. BUT THE PUDDING WAS NOT GOOD BUT STILL FELT AS IF I GOY MY MONEYS WAOTH COS STAFF AND MAIN FOOD WAS BRILLIANT.

We all enjoyed our meal. It was my birthday, to day, 19th Nov 2017 and I was very pleased that we were pleased with the service and the venue in particular. Disappointed that there was no Beaujolais Nouveau, especially as it was the Beaujolais weekend. Overall a good experience.

Staff were attentive, atmosphere was spot on and the food delicious (parsnip soup amazing and Creme Caramel was the best I've ever tasted!) Overall, brilliant.

The restaurant is noisy in a bustling way and probably better suited to a group than a couple out for a romantic meal but I liked the atmosphere. The food was very good, We had French Onion Soup & Calamari for starters - both were excellent. The main course mussels were very good. I had the cassoulet off the specials - filling, warming and good but I've had better. Watch for the 12.5% service charge automatically on the bill - it's not a practice I like but in this case I was happy to leave it as the service was exceptional. Will go back.

Great steaks! Busy and lively restaurant , relaxed service, and an extensive menu and wine list. Good quality and large portions. Would come again. No room for dessert!

We were a group of four with a table booked at 6pm. Because it was quiet we had a choice of tables. Previously we've always eaten from the main menu (and lived it) but as we were in before 7pm we choose starter and main from the early menu - two courses for £11.50 (I had the steak frites main which was a £2 supplement)). All 4 if us were very pleased.. Lovely tasty food. Friendly service and a pleasant environment. Can't ask for more at the price.

the food was lovely I would recommend that you book if you want to make sure you get a table saw a few turned away we dined on a Friday the service was excellent too but as I say they were very busy

Great to pop in for a delicious breakfast. The scrambled eggs are delicious!

The formule breakfast is great value, it combines a delicious breakfast with fruit juice, toast and a hot drink. It’s a great size, especially when you’re feeling a little worse for wear!

On arrival was welcomed by staff and given full range of available tables. Having been seated were given menu's. It was some 20 minutes later when waitress arrived to take drinks/ food order. Further 30 minutes before food arrived. Three of our party enjoyed the food, I was less than impressed, as I had the half roast chicken special, which was greasy & not crispy. The desserts were better. The final shock was the 12.5% optional gratuity added to the bill. It out-raged all of us, as one of the party had considered offering a tip, but not after reading this at the bottom of the bill. In summary, Slow service, food on par, ambience good, 12.5% shock. would we return? Unlikely.

Nice food and good service on a very busy Saturday. Not too happy about the added 12+% service charge though. Maybe just let customers decide how much to tip!

It was my husband's birthday and we were accompanied by our daughter and son-in-law. As usual, the service was perfect and the food excellent. A great evening out.

Really lovely dinner - shame my husbands starter turned up just 5 minutes before our mains were delivered (and a long time after my starter), but it was a very busy Friday night.
