I went with a date to the restaurant and the service was amazing and the food was cooked to perfection. A really friendly atmosphere with a touch of class. I Will definitely be dining there again in the near future.

The staff went through the menu. Chef altered meal to not include cream, milk. Had lovely cocktails and recommended wine to support meal. Will go again soon

Considering the restaurant was extremely busy for Mother's Day and we were a table of 14, the service was exceptional and the food was fabulous. A very well managed restaurant with very efficient staff.

Excellent lunch, the whole meal was very good and as always made special by the staff. The frisbee au lardon was lovely and the haddock with pea purée complimented it perfectly and allowed me to leave room for the delightful Creme Caramel!

Me and my partner came for our anniversary tonight and I can't stress enough what a beautiful bunch of staff you have. They were all so welcoming and pleasant and the food was out of this world as always. Lovely friendly restaurant. Staff excellent. The French onion soup was really hot and very tasty. My lamb was cooked to perfection as was my friend’s belly pork. Will definitely go again!

Lovely food and great service, we will be back. Staff attentive but not always asking and the head of front was brilliant special thanks to the lady.

Lovely evening for my birthday, this is our favourite restaurant in town. Was spoilt with a card and complimentary drinks our friends had a great time too. We had a group of four and all of us have been several times at one time or another and every time the staff have been brilliant, Friendly helpful they give you what feels like a personal service and we think they are probably the best in town. We always recommend Cote to people.

Food was great but service was quite slow. Booked a table for 6 but on arrival it was only set for 5 and wasn't really big enough for 6 people!

The food was excellent, as always. While the staff were friendly and very professional in providing the dishes at a busy time in the restaurant.

Manager Chris tried manfully to explain why we could not claim out promotion drink...despite booking online. Also what the heck is all that stuff about Quandoo? All news to me, a regular diner .... Please make your promo clear and be flexible to your loyal customer. As a sensible gesture we were offered a free drink...thanks Chris....but make it easier for both customers and staff. Nearly, not quite, spoiled a good lunch with friends.

As always good food well cooked and presented. Add to this the little additions like a free drink, birthday card and little bag of chocolates and you have all the ingredients of a great birthday meal.

Food was very good, sirloin medium and fillet rare, both cooked spot on which seems to be a rarity these days. Service was poor however, we booked for 20.30, kept our end of the bargain by being 5 minutes early, it took nearly that long to get seated. 10 minutes for our server to appear, the quite expensive bottle of red appeared very quick (more about that later) But then had another 10 minutes before we were asked about our order, we opted for olives and sourdough bread with butter, 10 minutes later the bread appeared and after nearly ANOTHER 10 minutes I had to ask for the butter and the olives. So after being there for over 40 minutes we got to order our mains, after that it all ran pretty well, mostly I suspect as the place pretty much emptied out, so possibly understaffed, but for a £118 bill I’d expect better service. That’s why we wouldn’t go back there again.

Another great meal with great service again. It’s always very enjoyable going to cote. To be honest, I have been when things have not been right with meals but the service is so great they always want to make sure you have a good experience so go out their way to make things ok. Prefer the tables near the front as can sometimes be noisier at the back at reataurant due to acoustic (also depends on how busy/group sizes). Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were all lovely and welcoming making you feel very comfortable with excellent service and the food was just divine, so flavorsome and tasty. I had the fish stu for my mains and would honestly have it everytime and never get bored. Thank you for a lovely evening out with amazing food, I will definitely be returning to Côte.

Perfect, nothing could be improved. Service which is friendly and professional,food and atmosphere. Had the vegi breakfast with 4 good friends. They all enjoyed the experience . We will return.

Excellent food and excellent food, we always enjoy our visits. We booked a table for our Mum & Dad's 70 wedding anniversary but had to cancel because my mum was ill. Dominique rang to wish my mum well and sent flowers and a card by taxi to our home ... how amazing is that! We finally had our celebration lunch today and all was up to their usual high standard; everyone enjoyed their meals and the Cote guys attended to us with their usual friendly professionalism.
