Great service lovely food and not busy on a Sunday eve, parking nearby, offered the menu a specials menu and a daily specials menu but good choice

Three of us booked for lunch today and the Food and service were excellent, with no complaints at all. Would go back any day of the week.

As ever the food was very nice. Seems fresh and well cooked. The waiting staff always polite and efficient. My only complaint, if it is a complaint, is the size of the table. We were a table of four, we were sat on a round table, and what with a couple of side dishes and two glasses each, one for wine and one for water...and with the bottles with the complimentary water in the tables are far to small...Otherwiese a lovely meal.

We were given a friendly welcome, seated promptly with the high chair and offered drinks and olives or pans / or bread including complimentary water.

Dirty forks, intrusive waiters. Pain au chocolate was dry and stiff, probably too old. For such a price, we were hoping for a better experience.

Good atmosphere and food, as ever. We waited a little while to catch someone's eye to get our bill, but that was a very small thing in a pleasant evening. Overall, just as expected, which is why we keep coming back.

Food was delicious and hot. Waiter was attentive but wasn't too much "in your face" Quite busy with a good atmosphere. Will definitely go again.

Our visit to Cote in Reading is always very warm and welcoming. The food was as delicious as usual and our friends we took have already said that we should meet there again. I would have rated our visit a 6 but I do have to say the waitress who served us was a little short in her approach. Our friends did comment on this too. Maybe she was just having a bad day?

I received a warm welcome at Cote. The staff were so polite, friendly and professional. The food was lovely and reasonable priced. I had booked to be sure of getting a table. It was a great lunch. I love going to Cote.

Very pleasant experience. The menu has a lot of choices and the food was superb. I had the plaice and my wife had the lamb rump which was cooked very pink as she likes it. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent.

Had a lovely evening - food was excellent. The only downside is the acoustics of the restaurant are not good - the noise is overpowering when the restaurant is full.

Enjoyed a lesuirely saturday lunch, perfect for a girls get together. Really enjoyed the Kir Royale. I had the lamb which was perfectly cooked and we both had a chocolate dessert. Service was attentive but unobtrusive and we were not rushed in anyway at all. Thank you.

Arrived on time 8.15 pm. No table ready. waited 10 mins until we could be seated. Then waited a further 15 mins until offered a drink. Had to wait a further 15mins for starters to arrive. It was then another hour until mains arrived. 10.00 pm. At 10.30 0 WE asked for the bill. No deserts or coffee offered. We complained to the Head Lady?? She took the price a bottle of house wine off. We didn't pay the 12% service charge! The food was lovely the service was appalling.

Although the restaurant was very busy there appeared to be no problem in looking after the diners by the friendly staff and the food was up to its usual high standard

Your staff are wonderful, pleasant and helpful. We were treated as special customers. And the food was excellent as usual - the menu has such a variety.

Welcoming and attentive service. Food well-cooked and presented. Formule breakfast menu was amazing value for money and we left feeling we'd definitely visit again, rather than feeling fleeced (some of the other chains make you feel that way). First visit to this particular Cote but setting, service and food didn't disappoint.

It was amazing food (had the Charcuterie board, lamb rump and lemon tart) but it was so hot in there! :( definitely turn on the air con!!

We had a lovely meal to celebrate my husbands birthday and they had a bottle of his favuourite wine on the menu too. When we arrived the restaurant manager was about to change a table for 3 to a 4 for us, but made a larger table upstairs available to us when I objected. The food was excellent as usual, as was the service. In all a good experience - thank you.

The food was fab. The only reason it's not a6 is that we were seated for some time and had to attract someone's attention you order anything.

The meal I had was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked Service was efficient and fluid. A little too dark to read the menu easily for my liking but reading glasses help I would recommend them without hesitation

Excellent customer service and very good food - I always enjoy my visits to this restaurant! You never feel rushed and can take your time over a relaxed meal even if the restaurant is busy.

Good choice of dishes. Good service. A very pleasant meal for all of us. Another plus was that we did not pestered by staff for ever asking is everything alright. If I was not happy about something I would mention it to the staff.
