Staff are fantastic, I visited with my elderly mother, who could talk the hind leg off a donkey. Staff are so patient and polite and welcoming. Food consistently good. All round fab experience

We had a 4-year old with a severe nut allergy. The Cote management in Reigate looked after her brilliantly, providing us with an allergy book and reassuring us all the way. Great food and first class treatment.

Fantastic as always , was slightly concerned with how dirty my table was ( loose crumbs on the table here and there ) and in and around the decorative wood . Regardless I love your food , and Reigate is my favourite chain of yours, I am always treated so well as are my guests. Best Regards Oz

Another lovely evening at Cote with friends and celebrating my husbands birthday. Superb Negroni’s to start with a sumptuous supper, and eating all things for June with the tastiest Breton tomatoes starter and delicious beyond words haddock to follow - just yum!

The food, as usual, was super and couldn’t fault it; however the service was terrible. We arrived at 12:15 (I had called to say we’d be slightly late). It didn’t seem particularly busy and there were plenty of staff around. We were shown to our table, the lunch menu was already at the table; we weren’t given the breakfast menu until we asked. We waited about 15 mins before anyone came to speak to us. We ordered and having received our drinks I asked for extra ice; we had to ask 3 times before receiving it. Unfortunately my friend isn’t a Côte regular, so I had to explain to her that this wasn’t my usual experience in Horsham. I live in Horsham, West Sussex and am a regular. The service in Horsham and overall ‘special’ experience created by the staff is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble, they are attentive, happy in their work and they always do what you ask for with a smile. I suggest you send staff there to learn from them; it’s on a par with The Ivy in London and Guilford in my view.

Best breakfast in Reigate. Lovely staff. Any alterations to breakfast are always completed satisfactorily. Lovely coffee. Also like the fact that you are not squashed together there is space between the tables.

As it was my birthday the management made the night extra special. Really friendly staff couldn’t have been more polite and we would definitely visit this Côte again!

This was my second lunch at Côte recently and on both occasions my guests and I thoroughly enjoyed the dinning experience. Helpful staff readily tedeemed a voucher for Kir Royal from zdAHA Possibilities.

Great food and very welcoming. Had to request water top up three times but otherwise good service. The imposition of an optional “ 12.5% service charge may make me think of going somewhere else in the future.

Had the set two course lunch menu. Buttered cabbage was sour and very peppery... it should be sweet after checking online. Was offered a replacement but didn’t bother as Hal way through meal.

Sunday 24th March We ordered three breakfast, full English, and two vegetarian, all arrived lukewarm, we informed staff, and breakfast were re ordered from the kitchen, however we appeared to have been put to the back of the queue, and replacements took about half an hour at least to arrive, these replacements we no warmer than the first breakfasts. At this point we'd had enough and left. One lot of breakfast cold is poor, the replacements cold is unforgivable. We were not the only ones to receive cold food, diners on both sides of us returned breakfasts.

Excellent as always.....particularly recommend the chicken and walnut salad which was in layers and so the flavours really came through .Will certainly choose the special G& T again next time.

I’ve eaten here on many occasions but tonight I did not enjoy our experience . I explained how I’d like my fillet steak yet it came back red the my whole family had finished their food before mine was brought back to me and I really didn’t enjoy it. I also had the French beans so we’re col by the time my steak was brought back to me

The service and food was excellent, thank you very much. The only thing that let the evening down was the male toilets. One of the urinals was over flowing when flusing (not very nice). I did report it to a member of staff so an easy fix.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Thought could be given to smaller size ctlery for the starters. I had a large knife and fork for the pork rillets. Difficult to fit into pot.

The service was fine but a little confused. Our food, although tasty, was not hot. It also arrived quite quickly, suggesting it is not cooked to order. I understand this for a busy breakfast service, but perhaps needs to be looked at. The team were polite and welcoming. We were seated by the service counter which was quite noisy. My dinner experiences here have always been much better.

Date night with my wife. Excellent service. The food was fantastic. There was a rather noisy group next to us but actually the table spacing minimised this issue. A thoroughly enjoyable evening.

We loved everything apart from the size of the coffee. It was too small, despite being really good quality! Delicious food, especially veggie sausage and spinach

Enjoyable meal and lovely service. We ordered medium steaks and the ones delivered were very well done, the waitress immediately apologised and got some new steaks in order. The manager personally came to apologise and couldn’t have been nicer. The new steaks were perfectly cooked. As we were with two small children the wait wasn’t ideal but wasn’t too bad. Very happy with the free soft drinks we had and complimentary dessert. Will come again.

Lovely venue with attentive staff and good value food. Well worth a visit for breakfast, lunch of dinner. There is also a special early bird menu before 7pm which is great value.

After booking a month in advance we expected a good table. The restaurant was busy and we were put in the middle of two large parties celebrating different celebration. Not the experience we had hoped for after revisiting again.

My friend and I met for lunch today at the restaurant and the staff could not have been more attentive or done more for us and the food was delicious and came speedily. The nice thing about the restaurant is that you feel you have space around you, not a feeling of being overcrowded. Overall a first rate service at a reasonable price. We shall definitely be returning.
