everything is good except for the waiting staff constantly interrupting our conversation to ask those two dumb questions ("is everything to your liking?" Course it is - I would tell you if it weren't!) ("may I top up your glasses?" No thanks - I have no physical handicap preventing me from lifting the bottle.)

Perhaps not my favourite table - I prefer the cosy main part - other than that delicious as ever.

simple Monday evening 1 course experience with excellent service

OVERALL A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THE SERVING STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. THE COMPLIMENTARY RHUBARB MARTINI WAS DELICIOUS BUT WE DID NOTICE THAT THE SECOND ONE, WHICH WAS NOT FREE, WAS A LOT STRONGER IN ALCOHOL! It was great to be back at our local Côte. We ordered from the At Home range a few times during Lockdown; the food was good, but the atmosphere at home couldn’t match our experience at the Sevenoaks branch, which we have visited frequently during normal times. Our mains today (Poulet Grille for my wife, and the usual Ribeye Steak for me) were just as good as we remembered from pre-Covid days. A special mention for our new Waitress, Rebecca, who is in her final year at school, and has just started weekend working at Côte. She was very courteous, and great fun to talk to.

All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The menu is pared down at the moment but still contains enough choice. Most family celebrations are made at Cote in Sevenoaks., My husbands favourite, calamari, is still there. Only Cote make it as he likes it.

Perfect Friday evening indulgence! The menu maybe slightly reduced but the quality is never diminished.

Staff as always were very pleasant and attentive. The lunch we had was excellent overall, barring the steak which was first served with butter that was not ordered, then secondly served up barely cooked when I had ordered medium to well done, the third steak was a bit tough but otherwise edible. To be fair this did result in a reduction in the bill. The desert, coffee and wine were excellent.

Food was excellent, great gluten free options. Loved the outdoor seating area. Perhaps heaters for the Autumn/Winter months would be a good idea. Staff very friendly, but could improve on speed of taking food orders. Will definitely visit again though.

My friend snd I visited Cote in Sevenoaks for lunch on Wednesday. Well it was the first time at Cote since March. My friend and I arrived we were welcomed and given the table I always used to have. The fish and belly pork were perfect, followed by my favourite creme caramel. The staff, as always were attentive making our lunch delightful. It was my first time in a restaurant rather than outside and it is one I am confident enough to repeat Thank you Cote Gwendoline

Great to be back at Cote. Food was good but not quite up to the usual standard: pie not piping hot and vegetables only warm. But we are all getting back into the swing of things & I am sure we'll be back!

We had a excellent experience. Firstly we were taken through even though we were very early for our booking. From then on all members of staff were attentive and friendly.

Fabulous food, wine and staff, just like usual! Great staff and arrangements.
