Côte Sevenoaks

Very good restaurant for lunch and dinner. Varied menu. Nice atmosphere. I go to Côte every time I'm in Sevenoaks. I recommend it.

It all seemed a bit less efficient than normal. We waited for drinks and it took quite a while to clear away the first course. The food was very good.

An excellent venue for our family meal, with good service on a very busy Saturday evening. A bustling atmosphere typical of a French restaurant. Food was served promptly but there was never any feeling that we were being rushed.

Fantastic food. Our waiter was lovely and couldn’t fault the service. Cote Sevenoaks is one of my favourite places to eat.

My husband and I were delighted with our first visit to Cotes restaurant. From the moment we stepped inside and were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff to the moment of departure we found the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. The menu was varied and appealing and the quality of dishes first-class. We had a simply delightful waitress for whom nothing was too much trouble and the demeanour of the entire staff indicated that they obviously enjoyed their job. What a pleasure to be surrounded by such people. Although not exactly inexpensive, to us it was worth every penny to leave feeling we had had such an enjoyable evening. Our only wish was that we had discovered this place sooner! We will most certainly return.

Disappointed with the food. Parsnip soup had no parsnip ..just leek & potato..ok but not what was expected. & Sardine starter was minute. Main course served in the dishes from the oven ..not served onto the plate... very "trendy" but it's a lazy, unacceptable option that's adopted a great deal and makes eating the meal a nightmare! The staff were pleasant. As it was my birthday I was presented with an unexpected complimentary dessert, which was delicious... In all we all felt the costs were too high for the general standard of the menue and sadly it will not be a choice for us in the future.

Great service, we did ask for extra calamari for the kids and they were still disappointed by the portion size, however, great night. Thank you

I had lunch with my friend at Cote today and as usual I could not find any fault with the food, service or ambiance. We both had the fish on the lunch menu followed by the creme caramel. Like me my friend said it was the best creme caramel she had tasted! We were looked after by Gregor who put the finishing touches to our lovely meal, being both friendly and efficient. Thank you Cote...........

I had a great time at Sevenoaks Cote this morning. Service was great. When I entered the restaurant, staff greeted me warmly. Food was faultless portion was just right. I had vegetarian breakfast, simply delicious. I would come to Cote again.....

Very welcoming warm staff. The food exquisite. The belly pork and duck were faultless. Also the accompanying vegetables were very tasty. I have been to a couple of other Cote restaurants and have found the food and experience to be equally consistent... especially the weekday evening set menus. Well done Cote keep up the good work!

on the whole it was good the staff were happy and attentive, the food was good the drinks good ,the seed lip nonalcoholic aperitive was lovely if a little small!!BUT my wife's steak (plat rapide) was overcooked and rather chewy.Otherwise a very lovely meal

We went out for lunch with our 18 month old daughter and were looked after exceptionally well (by Vito). Going out with a young child isn’t necessarily easy, but the service wasn’t only impeccable, it was caring and considerate which made the lunch go well, and while the food and atmosphere were great, it’s the extra human touch which has won me over as a new customer.

The service and food were top class. Our server was excellent too.

Generally a very good experience. Nice table and friendly efficient staff. As usual. But the music was far too loud, unnecessarily, in my opinion.

We have used Cote in Sevenoaks for many years and found the food to be of a consistently high quality The staff are always very helpful and efficient Maybe the decor should be updated and made a little more customer friendly As regular customers why not offer a some sort of Loyalty card with a discount after a number of visits ?

Always reliable cooking, decent range of choice, excellent value and good service.

Pleasant evening in comfortable surroundings. Error made by waiter with order but all very apologetic and discount offered. Would suggest a fruit based starter might make a welcome change/addition to the menu.

During our stay in Sevenoaks we ate at Cote three times - one dinner and two breakfasts. As always with Cote, everything was perfect - excellent menu, service and ambience. We would particularly like to thank Greg for his friendliness and professionalism.

Beautiful meal tonight in Sevenoaks cote, food was perfect and every single staff member including the ones who weren’t serving us stopped to chat and made sure we had everything we needed and more! Can’t wait to go back!

Food is good but the service this time is not to my expectations. I was greeted when I came in and I have to constantly have to ask for a plate, steak knife and serving spoons. I hope the management will train the staffs before they allow them to start serving. Thank you.

The duck was well over cooked and hard. However this was quickly resolved and replaced. It was not charged for.

Good value meal, we enjoyed the moules starter plus chicken with mushroom sauce and garlicky potatoes. Service was friendly and efficient.

It was very good all round. Waiter was charming, food was lovely. We had a nice quiet table, so were able to chat. We didn't want a whole pudding, or even one to share, but it would have been good to have a mini-pud or even some petit-fours on the menu. Other than that, all great.

Service was very attentive and food was very good. Only constructive feedback was that you did not have any Pinot Griogio wine on glass, however as a french brand concept understandable. Another thing was that we had to order children main course with starter. Did not understand why!
