Nice greeting on arrival, staff very friendly and efficient, food excellent, good all round experience.
The set lunch menu is always excellent value and delicious!
Food Was nice. A bit overpriced in my view. Restaurant was very drab, considering it was valentines day. Not a single flower on the table, no decoration of any sort. Only a valentines day menu, but no sign of valentines day anywhere in the restaurant. no romantic atmosphere.
Fantastic staff and very tasty food, really recommend the breakfast. 👍
Great service, good food, lovely team and venue. Made my birthday feel special.
A lovely meal and excellent service. We also appreciated having a table that could have taken 4 to ourselves. We had a lovely and special meal. Thanks so much, your standards are as high as ever.
An enjoyable dining experience with prompt service, friendly staff and lovely food.
Very good but I object to 12.5% service being added to bill; I expect to pay for the meals and add cash to be shared by the serving and kitchen staff.
Superb Food and service. Greeted on arrival like one of the family
Perfect food, wonderful, friendly service. A lovely evening & made us feel special for our anniversary! Food was well presented and scrumptious.
As always, the service was very good. The quality of the food was very good. One thing that a lot of other restaurants do not give you is space. There is plenty of space between tables, no bumping into the next table. We will be going back.
Fantastic staff, really looked after us and made a fuss for our Birthdays!! Will be going back!
We enjoyed our meal, all three courses were tasty. Our starters were very enjoyable The roasted parsnip with our main course was a bit to greasy. Our sharing pudding was fantastic, bite size just enough to satisfy a sweet tooth.
Excellent valentines menu. Fillet steak was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would love to visit again.
Only drawback to a great valentines dinner was that we felt a little rushed, impeccable otherwise.
Great food as expected and generally service was fine. Only marked down as we had to ask for the usually free table water.
Delicious lunch, we couldn't fault it. Very attentive waitress with a lovely smile.
Excellent food and wine, and charming, efficient and amusing service. Thanks, another enjoyable lunch
Very happy. Excellent food. Will go again soon. See you later.
Lovely evening with a complimentary Blood Orange martini as a February special offer. Swordfish was satisfactory but too charred on the outside and a little under on the inside. Wouldn’t order it again
Great meal, speedy service and very accommodating. Would definitely go again
It was good meal and we enjoyed it. Comparatively expensive compared to other restaurants.
Great Meal and service always a good buzz in the restaurant. Always know I am safe eating with you as I am coeliac.
Service excellent and nice to a see a full popular restaurant. Well done Sevenoaks Cote
I always enjoy eating at Cote as the food is great value and always tasty. This time our waiter was very cheerful and efficient but he kept calling me ‘love’ and I don’t expect that kind of familiarity. I am happy to be called more formally, eg madam, but I don’t want to be called ‘love’.
This is a branch I use fairly regularly and find it consistently good, the only drawback is that there is a distinct lack of atmosphere the interior very uninspiring and feels that it could do with a bit of a refresh. Hopefully something could be done about the billowing curtain at the entrance which blows against the tables beside it.
Delicious meal for a birthday celebration. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Blood orange Martinis were delicious and a real treat.
Once again a very enjoyable experience. The food very good the staff very pleasant and helpful.
We had a lovely dinner, we thought the atmosphere was very relaxed. I didn’t really enjoy my dinner if I’m honest. I had the vegan haricot bean meal with artichoke. I thought it a little dull and didn’t even realise there were artichokes in the meal. Everything else was nice!
Great food complemented by lovely staff and a great venue.
We booked for a quick 6pm pre-theatre meal but when we saw Chateau Briand on on the menu as a “special” we decided to have that instead. It was brilliant! Probably the best we’ve had outside of France. Service was excellent and we left in plenty of time for the show. A really good start to the evening.
Excellent food, very well presented. Scallops were outstanding. Service very friendly and added to enjoyment of evening.
I come with friends for breakfast every weekend. Staff friendly , helpful and attentive and brekkie always good.
Our server tonight was really lovely, very friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and extremely helpful when we mentioned allergies. Much, much better experience than with the waiter who served us last time, might’ve been Mason(?) last time who we found patronising when it came to the allergies and only approached us when he absolutely had to, among other things. This time round however, our server this evening was fabulous and made the whole experience far more enjoyable.
We did have a nice time at Sevenoaks. The food was good and also the service was good.
I had the Prestige Set Menu : Calamari as the starter, Stroganoff as the main. The Calamari was slightly overcooked. The Stroganoff was chewy. Perhaps the beef strips should be more thinly sliced or meat tenderiser to be used !! A disappointed lunch !!
The food was lovely. Waiter good service. Needed to ask for cutlery.
An early evening dining experience prior to a cinema visit. Arrived a few minutes late but still received a prompt and friendly welcome from the staff. Started with a Pernod, fresh bread and the delicious parsnip soup followed by a juicy steak frites and some minted peas washed down with a large glass of Merlot! My girlfriend had the French onion soup and a butternut squash main dish! Coffees and brandy to finish and as usual a delightful visit in wonderful surroundings with great service from your attentive staff! Thank you. William & Kerrie
Excellent service, very attentive and helpful. Food was extremely good
