Lovely food, as always. Helpful, courteous staff and friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed a leisurely lunch and were able to take our time.

We love Cote anyway but this is very convenient for Cadogan Hall. Staff and food all brilliant as usual. We particularly liked the open windows and the buzz in the square.

I enjoyed Cote-we ate at 9:00 when it was very quiet, it did liven up later. The staff were attentive and the atmosphere pleasant. WE will be back.

Your coffee is dreadful. I was offered Italian for first cup which was fine. Second cup was undrinkable. Other than that I love Côte.

We book Cote Brasserie Sloane Square because we know we can be certain of having a good meal at a reasonable price in a pleasant atmosphere

Slower service than usual with one dish having to be sent back due to the desert not being hot enough, however we hope that this is a one off for Côte.

Lovey meal, great service BUT the place was so noisy it hurt my ears. Obviously a busy time (Saturday evening) but if you could dampen down the noise/acoustics it would be much appreciated.

A disappointing meal with annoying service, muggy atmosphere and food only good in parts. Will have second thoughts about visiting this Cote in Sloane Square in future.

Our request for a quiet table away from the doors was completely ignored. We were sat between the main entrance and the door to the toilets so it blew a gale every time the doors opened. Our request for another table was just laughed away. Suach a shame as other Cotes are so much better managed.

The menu needs to be reviewed as it has stayed the same for many years now and needs change to keep interest and encourage repeat visits.

It would have been 6 except for the noise level - and that’s not a fault the restaurant can help - it was a very busy time but nonetheless I struggled to hear my dining partners across a small 4 seater table !! Other than that - as usual - reliable as ever on excellent value for money, food and exceptional service . Well done Cote staff !

We love Cote and have visited 4 different locations in the past few months but Sloane Square was a disappointment. We were sat by the door and the table was very cold as there were people waiting for tables with the door left open constantly. The manager was very surly and scruffy and disinterested. He left people standing by the door without seating them although there were lots of vacant seats.

Totally loved it. Pity you are not in Sydney, Australia. Our waiter was brilliant. Thoroughly recommend to everyone visiting London. A real credit to you organisation. Keep up the wonderful work. Consistently is the key. Regards. John

We have eaten at Cote branches many times and have always been very satisfied. Last early evening in the (extremely busy) Sloane Square branch was the first time we were disappointed. The waitress suggested that we might not be able to have the pre-theatre menu as the kitchen was so busy though in the end we did have it. More importantly, the asparagus risotto two of us had was very poor. We did tell the waitress and, to be fair, our coffees were on the house as compensation. A shame but a one-off failure will not stop us returning to Cote.

This is a perfect place for an informal but tasty meal. The service is uniformly outstanding. The menu choices are varied and the quality is high, if not Michelin star or anything. The decor and overall ambiance very pleasant. Prices are quite reasonable. A winner.

I love Cote Brasserie; but why have your staff stopped putting out the prestige/pre-theatre menu with the a la carte? I love trying things when you change them seasonally but yesterday they had hidden away the set menus! When we & our neighbors each side asked, they did find them but if you don't know one can miss superb value and good food combinations.

Yet another enjoyable meal served by friendly attentive, but not intrusive staff. The quality for the price is impressive and the charred fennel served with the sea bass is a new favourite for me.

A very disappointing experience overall. We were not welcomed on arrival and had to interrupt staff to get their attention. Once seated we had to wait again to get someone’s attention for them to take our order. We helped ourselves to table water. The food was decent but wasn’t warm enough. When we asked for the bill, we were told they could only accept cash as the reader was broken, an apology was offered as we should have been told before being seated. We had to ask for our change and was told we’d have to wait for other people to be seated first. We had at this point for up from our table as someone else was being seated and was waiting in the entrance for sometime.
