The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. The service was good considering how busy they were. The only bad thing was the waiter spilt our wine after pouring it into our glasses

Thank you so much! I’ve been before to Sloane Square and Charlotte Street and Ealing so I’m a happy returning customer! This was a special occasion, so it was great to be greeted with a prosecco gesture on arrival. Lovely all round. Thank you.

Overall experience o.k. We eat in Cote a lot - mostly Salisbury, Bath and Cheltenham. The service was o.k. but a bit 'lax' - food very good though. They need to brush up a bit - maybe it's because it's in Sloane Square, but the provinces and the service is a lot better. Need to brush up on customer service; that said I don't want to sound difficult but at 4pm on a Thursday afternoon it was far from busy, therefore staff need to switch up a bit.

Service was attentive and efficient. Dishes for children were good, but mine (spinach and mushroom risotto) was too heavy. Choices on the menu was good for a large group.

Well it was a busy time, full of customers heading off to Cadogan Hall for the excellent Clare Teal concert. It took a while to get the attention of the serving staff, but otherwise it was the usual excellent food that one expects at Cote. The one criticism was that the chips were cold and fresh ones had to be substituted. Excellent value as always.

Friendly staff, delicious food, wine not too expensive and overall very reasonable. Unfortunately, the noise level is almost unbearable, but I can’t see what you can do about that🙉

A very nice place for dining also in the early evening. Excellent service and good food. Much appreciated also the young (Italian) waiter's knowledge and advice on the wine.

I came here on a day trip with my family. We were greeted by welcoming staff and given an excellent table in a lovely looking restaurant. The food took very little time to come after we had ordered it and was absolutely delicious. I have since recommended this restaurant to friends - thank you for an amazing experience!

The only fault I would mention is that the tables are very close together, but then it is a Bistro and a very busy buzzy one at that Otherwise the service, food and wine were all of an excellent standard for the money Would definitely visit again when in the area

Excellent service. Delicious breakfast. Good experience all round. When asking for more smoked salmon there was no question they bought more at no extra charge. Great value for freshly cooked food.

Congratulations Cote. We had an excellent meal and the service, and in particular our waiter, was excellent. The Frcench Onion Soup, Sea Bass and Seafood Lingeni were all first clas, as were the deserts. We are regular Cote customers and will be coming back

As usual the Staff and Food at your Sloane Square restaurant was top of the Class. WE always eat here when we are going for an evening entertainment at Cadagon Hall and our meal with you set our evening off to be one we really enjoyed. We look forward to our next visit. Your staff are so welcoming and helpful even though they are so busy looking after all the customers/

great French-style food, good service. Very popular at the time we went (7pm Friday), so rather too noisy; and a struggle for those whose hearing was weaker.

I booked a 6pm pre-theatre table, we arrived in good time and were seated by 6pm. Oveall, the service was poor, the waiters were very busy and had little time to serve us, we had to keep catching their attention for every single step of the meal. The table had been booked with the complimentary Gin & Tonic offer (which I had had to book through customer services to secure the table at that time), although there seemed to be a confusion over this. It was sorted eventually, but was not pleasant to have to do, especially in such a crowded and noisy restaurant. We ordered a la carte, and had to chase BOTH the starter and the main. The people at the table next to us - who had arrived 15mins after us, were served their food before we had even been served our starter. I asked the waiter about this, and he said that the tiger prawns special that I'd ordered takes longer to cook!! After such an incredibly long wait for the starter, the main just didn't arrive either. It got to nearly 7pm and I was beginning to panic as we needed to be at Cadogan Hall for 7.20 to collect tickets and be seated for 7.30. The mains arrived just before 7.00!!! I rushed to eat my lamb rump: the veg that came with it were far too salty and not particularly good. There wasn't time to complain as we were so late, so we rushed our food, got the bill and rushed to go. All in all a very poor experience: too long to wait for our food, crowded restaurant, over salted dishes, very poor service, insufficient staff. Disappointing indeed and costly.

Restaurant was very busy, and not quite coping. I ordered duck which when it cane had barely been cooked at all, and was guey and very tough. I returned it, and the replacement was fine. I have used this as my usual order in Cote, but at very busy times I feel the restaurant should be avoided. IW Portsmouth

Nice surroundings, nice food, good service, too loud but just tolerable. Not given great attention after meal finished, quite a wait to get bill presented. There are 25 words here!

We always enjoy cote Sloane Square as a reliable staple. On Saturday our mains arrived well before we had eaten our starters and that combine with a small table for 3 made the experience a little rushed and stressed.

Average service and maybe you could have a word with the waiters and waitresses to smile. It really does make a difference to everyone’s day. Maybe it’s because it’s the Chelsea Cote that staff are so grumpy. They are certainly not in other ones.

As usual Cote provided a first class lunch for me and a friend, and this would have been a five star or even six star review had it not been for the extremely rude behaviour of the dozen or so people to our left. Admitedly they were celebrating and that was fine, but when it came to photographs, things took a downward turn. The designated photographer literally backed into me, without an apology or a "Please May I" continuing to move back into our space and practically lying in my lap, eventually removing herself without any acknowledgement at all. Ok it was a Saturday, and they were obviously from out of town, but bad behaviour is bad behaviour! Not Cote's fault but when asked, the waiting staff did nothing to help. Perhaps understandably, the revellers' bill being greater than ours, after all..

A good place for an early supper. Attentive staff, but very busy and rather noisy. Good menu choice and food is good value for money. Need to book. Very well positioned for Cadogan Hall and Holy Trinity concerts, and Royal Court plays and the buzz of Sloane Square.

The main course was served too quickly. We had specifically asked if we could have a small break after our starters but, unfortunately, we were half way through our starters when the main course arrived. There was hardly room on the table for all the plates. However, the food was delicious, but we couldn’t really enjoy it as it was all rushed.

Great evening with friends, unhurried, good food, prompt, unobtrusive but friendly service. Comfortable "buzz". Food reliably good. Special offers always tempting and genuine. This month's complimentary G and T delightful. No problem with choosing from a la carte as a condition, it offers something for everyone at reasonable prices.

Our request for a quiet table away from the doors was completely ignored. We were sat between the main entrance and the door to the toilets so it blew a gale every time the doors opened. Our request for another table was just laughed away. Suach a shame as other Cotes are so much better managed.

Cote is one of my favourite places to go for lunch with friends. The food is always delicious (amazing menu with a variety of dishes which they change regularly), always a great atmosphere - the attention to detail is superb. My friend loved her chicken salad with walnut sauce she sent the waiter off to compliment the chef! I loved my comforting Boeuf Bourguignonne. We had an enjoyable lunch!
