Côte Sloane Square

Pre-theatre dinner menu is good value for money. Lovely food, friendly service. Too noisy at times and difficult to get the attention of the waiters/waitresses

We love Cote and the food and the cooking are usually very good, but I chose the fixed menu and the omlette was the driest, most solid omlette I have ever eaten. Hopefully just a one-off aberration

We had a memorable evening to celebrate a birthday - staff were charming and professional, service was excellent, food was really delicious. We loved it - thank you!

Went for an after dinner drink and light meal, sat outside but abruptly and rudely, without notice, told to leave as they were closing the area for the evening.

The perfect place to meet a friend for lunch. The food was delicious apart from some rather tired looking salad leaves in my goat's cheese salad. My friend's fish cakes were divine. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Disappointing June specials on the Al a carter menu. Small portions and overcooked Salmon and chicken. Fish stew was excellent. Wine list is good and house red is very good value. Suggest stick to the 3-course pre-theatre menu as best value.

Excellent bistro! Lovely fetch onion soup! Steak was cooked perfectly! Very crowded and noisy , So of you want a quiet spot it may not be for you .

V good food and quick service, even at a busy time (18:00). Not too noisy and no music - which is a blessing these days.

Really enjoyed our trip to Cote in Sloane square today. Great food for the price. Good service and pleasant surroundings without being squeezed in. Thoroughly recommended - as wirh all Cote branches.

Cote is always reliably good; it's got the formula for what it does exactly right. Long may it flourish! Oh and we had a really nice waitress.

Food of good quality, served quickly after we ordered - great as we were going to a concert. Presumption of 12.5% service charge is a little cheeky!

As always at any Cote Brasserie, the food was good. The only downside was the music, which was too noisy and staff could not turn it down.

Noisy atmosphere, busy bistro. We had all 3 courses from the pre-theatre menu, quickly and efficiently served by a charming waitress from Sardinia, and the food was straightforwardly excellent. Even the bill came within minutes of being requested and payment was organised equally quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.

This restaurant is excellent but the service today was very slow, hence 4 when normally I would give 6. The food, however was splendid as ever.

This was our first visit to the Sloane Square Côte, and it was for an early dinner. The food was great, there was a good atmosphere and the staff were very helpful.

Excellent service. Made to feel very welcome. The Manager catered for one of the party who is a very strict vegan. Looking forward to returning again.

Service was slow to start with, not their usual start, they were not overly busy. once we were served food came along as it should and was very good. we had to ask for water 4 times which was not good. The menu was very good and the specials excellent. we were given our Reward bottle of wine. overall good and we would go back again.

I love Cote Sloane Square - it does what it says on the tin! Great value set menu, changes monthly, always delicious, fabulous service, cheapest Pastis in London Town, and my most regular haunt - highly recommend.

Great service for our party of five, everyone enjoyed the fixed price menu along with a few glasses of nicely chilled Saumur. Keep up the good work!

More spacious than many Cotes and usually a bit quieter. On a very hot night it was really quite comfortable and airy. We all chose the Risotto which suited the evening well.

The restaurant service is sloppy and not consistent. They are either all over you or totally ignore you and pour your own wine. At the price we paid not worth it and they need to take a moment to consider their service standard. Very annoying, especially is you want to relax after a busy working day.

Very good English breakfast as usual, but you didn't have the marmalade! I hope it will be in stock next time I come. Good selection on your menu. Good value

Good food and service overall good atmosphere bit noisy at lunchtime but after 3pm it was quieter, Chairs a bit uncomfortable and no disabled toilet upstairs a bit of a pain.

A hot, busy Saturday evening in Sloane Square. A nice table, a cool, calm, smiling waitress, and classic French bistro cuisine. What more could you ask for?

The food was good and the place has a nice ambience. Only downside - service of courses was much slower than expected so we had to rush to our show at the Chelsea Hospital afterwards. But would go again if in the area.

Had a very lovely lunch today at Cote in Sloane Square with an old pal. The lunch was delicious and the service very good attentive but not intrusive.

Restaurant was very busy with a queue waiting to be seated but apart from my dessert being a bit cold all the food was excellent as always.

Saturday late afternoon. As we were seated, I specifically asked the host for the new vegetarian menu for my friend but it never turned up. We then sat there for at least fifteen minutes with no-one coming to see us - I was clock watching! When the waiter did turn up, he served the adjacent table who'd been seated after us. He then put their order in before coming to us. By this stage, we weren't going to wait for him to return with the drinks before ordering the food and ordered everything at once. ( No upselling of bread and/or olives by the way ) . When the food arrived, it was as good as usual; I had the crab and avocado starter followed by the breaded chicken with a side of chips and the veggie had the baked crottin and the spinach crepes from the regular menu ( he wasn't going to wait for the veggie one ) . We both had the Summer Pavlova special as dessert which was excellent! Of the three adjacent tables of two, two of them were served with an incorrect main course on each table. Our waiter was looking after our station AND the outside tables in the street too. It was obvious that either the staff were over-stretched and mistakes were happening or they weren't very good.

I love Cote Brasserie. Such excellent value. The food is always of a high standard and there is usually a wide variety of choices on offer.

The evening was good. Food choice good and food lovely. Service not to intrusive but efficient . Good value in the heart of Sloane Square.

I think you can do a better quality, the service was fine but could be better with more attentions, we wait few minutes at the reception. Nice price

Cote Sloane Square was up to the usual Cote standard with an appetising menu, great value, friendly service and a lively atmosphere. Highly recommended dining!

We had the set lunch menu. Good but not excellent. Booking system efficient and staff did their job well. Cote always reliable. The quality of the a la carte much better than the set menu, so I will stick to that next time.

It's good consistent food. Service can be a little haphazard when busy but good meal and know what to expect. Large restaurant and prefer smaller branches

I think they must have new management/staff at Sloane Square because the service was greatly improved and the whole evening was very enjoyable. The whole small niggle was the waitress added two puddings that we didn't have but quickly rectified.

Good service and ambience. Puddings excellent but only one slice of goats cheese for a goats cheese salad with roasted veg was too little and bowl mainly full of lettuce

Cote has a great selection of food and is good value for money. We waited for our table for 5 minutes so the manager gave us a glass of champagne each.

I had something off the fixed price menu and the fish fillet was over cooked, but everything else was fine. I could have had a better choice off the a la carte, but more expensive.

We both enjoyed our meals from the set menu and our waitress was both friendly and helpful. We will certainly be returning in the near future!
