We love Cote and the food and the cooking are usually very good, but I chose the fixed menu and the omlette was the driest, most solid omlette I have ever eaten. Hopefully just a one-off aberration
Excellent value for money and good set lunch menus. Reasonably priced wine and good service. Only negative is that it is a little bit noisy.
The perfect place to meet a friend for lunch. The food was delicious apart from some rather tired looking salad leaves in my goat's cheese salad. My friend's fish cakes were divine. The staff were friendly and efficient.
We had a memorable evening to celebrate a birthday - staff were charming and professional, service was excellent, food was really delicious. We loved it - thank you!
Went for an after dinner drink and light meal, sat outside but abruptly and rudely, without notice, told to leave as they were closing the area for the evening.
Food was good as always, service was excellent, as I dine at Côte often, would like to see new items added to the main menu.
Excellent pre theatre menu. Seated and served promptly and there was a good choice on the menu. Waiting staff very pleasant and efficient. Good price for two or three courses. This is not fine dining but a very good french restaurant with good choice at a reasonable price. Food was served piping hot which is always a bonus. Would definitely return especially for a pre theatre meal.
Excellent bistro! Lovely fetch onion soup! Steak was cooked perfectly! Very crowded and noisy , So of you want a quiet spot it may not be for you .
Excellent breakfast possibly my favourite breakfast experience in London for many years. This cotes never disappoints on service or quality of the food served thank you
Good value for money brasserie - varied menu and choice of wines. I would go there again and represents good value for money particularly for this part of London - or even London generally. Can be quite busy.
Friendly, prompt service and a good range of dishes on the set menu. Although the restaurant was busy, we were able to chat comfortably and enjoy the ambience. Very good food and excellent value for money. I'm a strong supporter of Cote. Margaret. ( Brighton)
It was a very busy afternoon so service was not very attentive at all but the starters, main and desserts were all absolutely delicious. Will be going back
good food and excellent staff particularly the waitress. This was our third visit and all three have been excellent. Would happilly recommend to others. thank you
Great food and wine at a really reasonable price. Lovely waitress who didn't rush us and made sure we were fully taken care of. Would highly recommend!
Wonderful food as usual. Just to say that I tried to call by phone to book and twice I was made to wait for 5-10min and nobody answered. Otherwise, really delicious and great service :)
Wonderful food but it was a very hot day and the air conditioning was not working, it was rather uncomfortable. The service was also unsatisfactory, our waiter was not attentive.

Delicious food as usual.Felt some pressure from the waiter to place our order, and vacate our table as soon as poss. after our meal but overall a great experience.
As always at any Cote Brasserie, the food was good. The only downside was the music, which was too noisy and staff could not turn it down.
good service but hints that the staff dont get the service charge that is added to the bill.also the restaurant is very noisy and some effoert to dampen the cacophony would be appreciated
Cote is always reliably good; it's got the formula for what it does exactly right. Long may it flourish! Oh and we had a really nice waitress.
Great pre-concert meal made even better by the very helpful and efficient staff. Felt well looked-after even though the restaurant was very busy. Look forward to returning again very soon.
Noisy atmosphere, busy bistro. We had all 3 courses from the pre-theatre menu, quickly and efficiently served by a charming waitress from Sardinia, and the food was straightforwardly excellent. Even the bill came within minutes of being requested and payment was organised equally quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.
Good service and ambience. Puddings excellent but only one slice of goats cheese for a goats cheese salad with roasted veg was too little and bowl mainly full of lettuce
Cote has a great selection of food and is good value for money. We waited for our table for 5 minutes so the manager gave us a glass of champagne each.
We both enjoyed our meals from the set menu and our waitress was both friendly and helpful. We will certainly be returning in the near future!
Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Lively atmosphere. Food delicious, as always. Thanks for the free kir royales. We will return for more at one of your restaurants in the not too distant future.
A really great experience. Good food, great value, good atmosphere, hard working and pleasant staff. Sloane Square is a lovely location. I would recommend the Cote. There were no negatives! Thank you for a great evening.
We chose from the fixed menu, which had a good choice, and was appropriate for summer weather. The green risotto and the crab starter were particularly good. As requested, we were in the back part of the restaurant.
I love Cote Sloane Square - it does what it says on the tin! Great value set menu, changes monthly, always delicious, fabulous service, cheapest Pastis in London Town, and my most regular haunt - highly recommend.
Great location. Friendly service and a good selection of food at a reasonable price. 2nd time I have organised a school mum's lunch. Works perfectly.
Friendly service. Our food was served promptly and didn't disappoint. We had a starter and a main course from the pre-theatre menu - an excellent crab and avocado starter, followed equally good fish cakes with a soft-poached egg on wilted spinach. Very good value.
Great customer service, Good location easy to find and access from the station. Lovely interior. The food was excellent, well presented and delicious. Would visit again.
The restaurant was buzzing. Plenty of diners and an excellent atmosphere. The service was first class and the food could not have been better. The perfect aperitif to our theatre visit.
Disappointing omelette, hard and dry -requested it be done soft/runny as the classic dish should be -quite the reverse A second attempt was just as bad Staff very willing to try again though, but unsuccessful, this cook can't do the basics French style !

Great atmosphere and wonderful food with an ever changing menu. The salmon with asparagus was beautifully cooked and the service was efficient without being over bearing.
Great and kind service but had run out of several basics eg OJ also olives did not come before starter so cancelled lots of free tables so being busy not a reason
Good service and nice ambience. I loved my poussin, and the iced berries with white chocolate sauce was also excellent as always. My only concern was the service was slow, perhaps they were short-staffed as the restaurant was full.
The service was good and so was the food. However, I could of done with a little bit more fruit with my French toast and a slightly bigger portion overall. Perhaps I am just greedy!
Good food and value for money - nice atmosphere great location. Menu with good variety and nice set up - can only recommend but book beforehand
Fantastic fast service and excellent set menus. Creme caramel was the best I've ever tasted. Three courses for less than £14.00! You can't go wrong.
As usual the overall experience was outstanding Service good & carried out by very charming personnel Food was delicious The sea bass was certainly the best I have ever eaten
Great service for our party of five, everyone enjoyed the fixed price menu along with a few glasses of nicely chilled Saumur. Keep up the good work!
Very good English breakfast as usual, but you didn't have the marmalade! I hope it will be in stock next time I come. Good selection on your menu. Good value
Good food and service overall good atmosphere bit noisy at lunchtime but after 3pm it was quieter, Chairs a bit uncomfortable and no disabled toilet upstairs a bit of a pain.
The food was good and the place has a nice ambience. Only downside - service of courses was much slower than expected so we had to rush to our show at the Chelsea Hospital afterwards. But would go again if in the area.
We had a great time before going to the concert. The food was great and service was efficient and quick. Thank you very much for a lovely evening.
Saturday late afternoon. As we were seated, I specifically asked the host for the new vegetarian menu for my friend but it never turned up. We then sat there for at least fifteen minutes with no-one coming to see us - I was clock watching! When the waiter did turn up, he served the adjacent table who'd been seated after us. He then put their order in before coming to us. By this stage, we weren't going to wait for him to return with the drinks before ordering the food and ordered everything at once. ( No upselling of bread and/or olives by the way ) . When the food arrived, it was as good as usual; I had the crab and avocado starter followed by the breaded chicken with a side of chips and the veggie had the baked crottin and the spinach crepes from the regular menu ( he wasn't going to wait for the veggie one ) . We both had the Summer Pavlova special as dessert which was excellent! Of the three adjacent tables of two, two of them were served with an incorrect main course on each table. Our waiter was looking after our station AND the outside tables in the street too. It was obvious that either the staff were over-stretched and mistakes were happening or they weren't very good.
The evening was good. Food choice good and food lovely. Service not to intrusive but efficient . Good value in the heart of Sloane Square.
We had the set lunch menu. Good but not excellent. Booking system efficient and staff did their job well. Cote always reliable. The quality of the a la carte much better than the set menu, so I will stick to that next time.
I think they must have new management/staff at Sloane Square because the service was greatly improved and the whole evening was very enjoyable. The whole small niggle was the waitress added two puddings that we didn't have but quickly rectified.
