Very friendly staff who were welcoming and attentive at a busy time of the day. First time of eating from set menu. Was surprised at the good value and choice. Top marks for Peach Crumble.
We had a very pleasant quick pre theatre meal. Service and food was good and speedy. Nothing more to add to this for a 45 minute meal
Ideal location for theatregoers, food was brilliant as usual & the staff were lovely. We had the pre-theatre menu which is such good value. Cote gets it right every time.
Great place with a perfect table by the window. The evening which was a reunion with long lost cousins was made special by excellent food and exceptional service.Highly recommend this branch of Cote.
Welcoming staff that made you feel relaxed and comfortable. We had a girls lunch and the staff did not rush us. The food was great and waa served in good time. Great experience...definitely recommended
Pre theatre menu was incredibly slow - we were almost late for the show, even though we allowed two hours for eating! Didn't have time for a dessert. They ran out of the ONLY vegetarian option on the pre theatre menu and begrudgingly offered an alternative after pestering. Rude staff, came over with another tables' food twice and kept getting annoyed when we said it wasn't ours! Not good food when it eventually came out. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend
Very good service and great value for money! Our table was ready and the staff were very helpful. Good value winelist Would definitely recommend and will go again
Excellent value! Beautiful food and a bonus Kir Royale! The only reason I haven't given full marks is speed of service. We had pre theatre set meal. We had to wait quite a while to order and receive desserts. There appeared to be only couple of servers working. But we had to run to theatre and only just make it! But overall I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would have no hesitation to go back.
We chose from the set menu. The July menu is excellent and I can recommend the Piquant Chicken and the Crumble aux Peches which were delicious. The staff were very friendly too.
Delicious food, exceptional service and the pre-theatre menu is tremendous value!! Delighted to have found this gem in the heart of Soho. Will definitely be back!
We ordered from the pre-theatre menu which was excellent value for money. Food was tasty and decent portion sizes for a set menu. Service was good, efficient and friendly.
Excellent from start to finish. First class service and food. Our waiter was excellent, all the food also excellent. One of the best Cote we have visited.
As per usual no disappointment . the restaurant is Ideal for pre theatre diner . Extremely attentive staff , very pleasant . Good value for money .
Very disappointed with the service standard today. Lots of waiting for drinks etc. A manager who seemed more interested in setting up new tables, rather than serving customers that were already in the restaurant. Most unhappy.
Despite being at full capacity, I still received great service! I've been a regular for years and Cote never disappoints. There is so much choice and the food is consistently great quality.
Amazing place! I love everything here, food, atmosphere, service- everything is how I like. We were celebrating an important day here. It was a perfect start of the evening.
Amazing food, great set menu and lovely staff - every time!! Always go to Wardour Street, Cote Brasserie - it's the best one, great vibe, great location!
It was a special day - a reunion of several of us who were at college together fifty years ago, one person from the US whom we hadn't seen since 1969. The staff at Côte were relaxed, friendly, adaptable (We had to change tables because of numbers) and efficient: that's quite a delicate balance, so well done!
Nice food and very nice welcoming service. We sat at the open windows which was lovely on a warm eve I like Côte as a brand but have never been to this branch-nice to see consistent standards
Food quite good value for set pre theatre menu, service a little slow and was charged for three drinks we hadn't had so that was a little off putting, waiter seemed very disinterested in serving us
Good service. Pre theatre menu is good value although the portion size does seem to be getting smaller. Good choice of dishes. My party enjoyed what they had.
I'm from Canada and stumbled across Cote whilst in Brighton. I loved the goat cheese salad so much I had to find one in London to eat there again before I went back home! Great ambiance, fantastic food and nice wait staff. I think the only problem is that they were short staffed, and so service was a little slow.
The staff were very attentive, the service was efficient and the food processor excellent value £13.95 for a three course pre theatre menu. Thoroughly recommended
Great food, good value, and very good service. I was very surprised at how reasonable the prices were as well as the number of choices.
Very disappointed with the service standard today. Lots of waiting for drinks etc. A manager who seemed more interested in setting up new tables, rather than serving customers that were already in the restaurant. Most unhappy.

Had a business lunch in good environment - not squeezed in, space to talk without being overheard with good food at London prices. What worked particularly well was service from Klaudia who was attentive, efficient and very hospitable. Made it a pleasure as opposed to the average-poor service so often encountered in chain restaurants on an ever-increasing basis. Well done Côte in Soho for creating a great service culture amongst all your staff.
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and very good value for money. We felt very at home and would have definitely stayed longer if we had the time
The staff we're very welcoming and friendly. The service was extremely quick and therefore idea for a pre they're dining experience. The food was very nice although the sourdough bread was a bit on the crunchy side! Overall we enjoyed our meals
Lovely restaurant and great location. Staff were all very friendly and the food was great. Our main waitress was training so a few hiccups with that but still highly recommend. Great pre-theatre menu especially for getting in a little french food before Les Miserables just a couple minutes away.
Great food and service. Just was a mix up at the beginning whereby my guest and I was sat on separate tables for ten minutes.
This is one of the most delightful venues. The management team, food excellent. Staff very attentive. We go there at least once a month. Its such excellent value.
great service from Joanna, in particular and the food was spot on. 6 hungry 18 year olds were happy and full! Joanna even did an inpromptu wine tasting for them!
Great buzz about this restaurant. A delay in us receiving out starters was quickly noted by our "trainee" waiter, who then immediately solved the problem
Great food and service and a nice location. The staff were all professional, efficient and friendly. Our choice of wine wasn't available that day, but aside from this an excellent meal.
Great service, good food, good value for money. Our waitress was really charming and attentive and the pre-theatre menu was delicious. Would go back again.
A very calm environment, a very friendly waitress. We really enjoyed the food and thought this Cote was the best we've been in for service & ambience.
A bit frenetic today unlike other cote experiences. Will choose other locations in London in future with a nicer ambience. But the food was nice and service good.
Friendly efficient service. Food was of a high standard as usual. Excellent location in the heart of bustling Soho. I had rump of lamb which was delicious.
Average bland food average service. Risotto lacked any flavour, no Parmesan cheese available, chocolate fondant was dry. Simply average, medium priced and underwhelming but fine
I love Cote, but unfortunately this time around at the Soho location my guest and I didn't get the greatest service. Firstly, though breakfast is served hours after we arrived, I had to request breakfast menus and the server wasn't aware that breakfast was still being served. We had to wait quite a while to place drinks orders and when we ordered food, I was told my steak would be pink, but it was well done. Finally, when we paid, which in fairness took way too long, we split the bill and the wrong amount was put on the wrong card, but we were told it couldn't be reversed. I love Cote and I'll definitely be back - none of this ruined our experience, but just a bit of feedback. The food was still delicious! Thanks.
This restaurant had friendly staff, good food, catered well for our gluten free guest and offered good value for money all served quickly for our pre theatre supper. Thank you.
Very reasonable lunchtime set menu in a great central Soho location. The restaurant has a nice ambience and the staff are very attentive. The a la carte is reasonably-priced too with lots of choice. Almost too much choice!
Staff were lovely and very attentive. It was a very hot evening and we were given lots of jugs of Water. Food was great xx
Menu choices were very good. Restaurant was busy but staff apologised and were very polite. Food was lovely and they managed to get us out in time for theatre.
Our second visit to Cote in Wardour Street and again everything was excellent. We went for the lunch and pre-theatre menu which is such good value at £13.95 for three courses. Our waiter was great, attentive but not overly so.
Everything was fine, the meal was delicious but the service was really slow, it took about 40 mins for the main meal to arrive!! by that time we did lost our appetite.
It was a great evening - my friend's birthday - and the staff made it really special for us! Cotê you never let me down!
We had fantastic time at Cote. Service was really lovely, attentive, smiley and pleasant. We were served by Miguel. The food was amazing. Will definitely go back soon.
We experienced excellent service ,good food. We have never had a bad meal at Cote and I am fussy as I am french ! Recommend.
Good service and nice place. We were a party of 8, all had 3-course pre theater set menu. The main course, steak, was well done and not medium as promised. We were all pleased with the starters and desserts.
Quick, friendly service. Everyone very cheery! Both starters - goats cheese & Breton tomatoes - tasty and steak mains were lovely and tender. I was asked twice if I'd finished by two different waiters, which was a bit irritating as I very obviously was still eating. Otherwise fine. We've eaten at a number of different branches of this reliable chain; all strive to serve decent French brasserie food at reasonable prices.
