You know what you are going to get at a Cote. Good for a night out with friends and in a convenient location for Soho.
The food is generally very good at a cote Brasserie. My main course, which was the May special, was delicious but the chef could have improved it by cutting off the lower, tougher parts of the asparagus s/he used. Furthermore, heating the apple tarts are delicious, but heating them in a microwave oven does make the pastry soggy!! I take it that the main ovens are kept hot in restaurants while food is served. Why not popping pastry desserts which need warming through in a main oven for 3 - 4 minutes?
Service very slow. Bit slap dash. Food not usual cote quality. Won't return to that branch. Cote usually great for all - good service, good choice of food and tasty. Other branches better.
Cote offers consistently good food and is good value for money. Service was a little bit slow but it didn't matter so much as we were a group of friends having a catch up. Good facilities for disabled diners.
The food and the service was all very good. Waiter Domenico looked after us very well after we were greeted us in exemplary fashion. We will eat there again.
Stuck us next to two gaps in wall. Waiters and customers continually walking past. Not a great atmosphere. Annoyed as we had prebooked and 'walk ins' got better tables.
Love this branch of Cote. Staff are amazing and friendly and food is good value. We can recommend the wine list too - the rose is excellent.
Great food, staff and service. Best Kir Royals ever and I've had a few in my time! Brilliant location for the Queens Theatre (2 minutes walk) if seeing Les Miserables.
Quick and easy to book. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff -- consistent across all Cote restaurants. Well thought out and executed brilliant value meals. A great pleasure and a brilliant backdrop to a leisurely, gossipy lunch with a very old friend. Top job!
The food was good as always. Staff very attentive providing excellent service. The set menu is particularly good value and the house wine very palatable.
Very poor. Ordered from the pre theatre menu. 70 minutes later only had a starter. Chased the main course. One of the main courses delivered to the table was wrong, corrected but both mains were just warm. In the end had to miss dessert. Don't advertise a pre theatre menu if you can't deliver in time for people to get to the theatre.
great food great service great attmosphere great value, an afternoon to be remembered, prior to a great night at the theatre. thanks to all the staff
Very busy Saturday early evening, but the staff were quick and efficient, and the food was excellent. A very pleasant dining experience in the West End.
Service was slow and unfriendly. Had to ask for more water, had to ask when ready to order. Meal was not hot. Not likely to return.
Arrived early but were welcomed and given our table. Food was delicious. Staff very helpful. Only thing i did not like was the (optional) service charge added to bill.
Good service, good quality of food, and good value for money. the website is clear and easy to navigate, straightforward to book a table with a case for request. we requested a table at the window, which was offered on our arrival.
Had a very enjoyable meal, very varied menu, staff were charming and the seating is spacious, tables not on top of each other. No loud intrusive music. Excellent!
Booked a lunch time slot. The total bill was very reasonable for a three course good menu choices available. It was great value the food and service were excellent
Nice experience friendly and professional staff nice table in the window no pressure to leave would have given top marks if my steak had been more tender
My first visit to this Soho branch. Food is the same as expected and both good and good value. Wine by the glass expensive. Service was O.K by a somewhat distracted waiter. We were early for our booking but seated quickly by the window. Front of house charming
Usual high standard from Cote in busy Soho. Larger restaurant inside than it seemed on outside. Convenient for Shaftesbury Lane theatre land . Friendly efficient staff.
Great value, food and service. The pre-theatre menu was excellent value and the location was ideal. Our waitress was lovely and really helpful. We will be back!
Miguel the Spanish waiter was awesome! Food was great and the set menu value was amazing. Great place for a stop after a day of shopping!
We had a lovely pre theatre dinner, there was a good choice from the set menu, the food was excellent and the service very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend.
Great food, Good gluten free choices, very varied including great desserts. The staff were lovely and friendly, we managed to spend 3 hours enjoying a long lunch with friends. Highly recommend.
The food was ok. The service was a little too slow. Biggest problem is the noise. As commented on recently in the media, restaurant noise is becoming a problem because of the use of hard furnishings. Because of this we would not choose to return to this restaurant.
My friend and I had a lovely meal at Cote Soho this evening. Although busy, the staff were all very attentitive and helpful. Will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
The restaurant was packed at 6pm, the service was great but we waited a long while for our mains. They gave us a discount and apologized. We love the place...
Great position, and despite the obvious overhead costs not cramped (unlike Covent Garden). Friendly staff and usual good food. Excellent start to an evening out.
The Côte Brasserie Food is consistently good & so too is the service and the price works for me. The style & ambience is buzzy too.
Excellent , such good value , the food was tasty and of good quality , the lady host was smiley and friendly as was our male server ... 👍🏻, will be coming back
Excellent food and service. Steak frites were the best I've ever had. Staff were very peasant and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Can't wait to go again!
Friendly service, not rushed at all. Wee had the pre-theatre menu of two courses, very well cooked and presented, but my chicken on sauté potatoes could have been a little hotter. Desserts delicious. Would fully recommend.
Good as always. Very attentive service of Ryan, thank you. Many happy returns to us :-) We will he back definitely before our next birthdsys!
Ryan. Our Waiter was helpful and engaging from the start and was keen to please us at all stages of the meal. If one or two things didnt go exactly as planned he was quick to step in and try to correct what was wrong eve n when it was not his fault. Cant really find any reason not to be satisfied when someone works hard to make everything good for you.
Absolutely splendid lunch. The waiter was superb - fast, efficient and friendly. He was able to interact with all the customers with considerable skill and good natured humour. Well done!
Had a lovely relaxed dinner in Cotes Soho tonight great atmosphere and outstanding service. Always enjoy dinning in here with the wonderful choices on the menu
Quick service to ensure we made our theater show. Food great as always ! Would recommend it to friends in the area - thank you.
Good service, very good value food and tasty menu. And a free bottle of wine for signing up, excellent! I am a regular visitor and will continue to be.
Excellent and had Happy Birthday sung to us by three members of staff. V helpful staff. Would however like the ability to slightly change ingredients for example: l ordered a crepe with spinach, cheese and mushrooms but mushrooms don't agree with me and on request that this be omitted from the crepe they couldn't do it as they are pre prepared.
