Great location, service, food and team. Relaxed friendly environment making, as always, a very very pleasant dining experience at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I eat here a lot - mostly for business lunches but also occasionally in the evening for a private dinner. The food is reliably good, staff are attentive, has cloth napkins (so much nicer than paper) and refreshes the lunchtime menu monthly. Add to that a view of boats - what is not to like.

I loved how easy it was to book online. Nice location. Nice food. Staff need more TRAINING. Slow response and understanding. Outside area could be cleaner and neater

Good staff nice and friendly. Unfortunately the main course was overlooked and we waited a long time, had to remind them. Manager was very apologetic and offered a good discount on our food bill which was a very nice touch. Despite the hiccup we will return

I rated this as 4 because our main courses weren't very hot. I have often had the duck and cherries at other Cote restaurants, it's one of my favourites, for some reason here it was smothered with a very tasteless sauce which spoilt the whole dish. The service was excellent and both starters and desserts were fine and it is a super location.

Really enjoyed the food at Cote. The service could have been better due to a mix up with our order which took 2 attempts to resolve and we had to eat our starters separately. We did get an apology though.

Food was up to the usual standard and service was very good - as it usually is. However, the big downside is about the noise level - which is very high indeed. It was only just possible, with a table of 4 people. to converse normally. Later this week, I will be a member of a group of 6 people and we will go somewhere else as I fear that a table of 6 would make conversation impossible given the level of noise at this Cote. I strongly recommend Cote management seek some means of ameliorating this problem. It is a significant downside for an otherwise excellent restaurant.

Excellent service, delicious food. Only downside is that is was incredibly warm - the doors were open so the air con was ineffective, and with very little breeze inside it was much too warm.

A lovely meal with excellent service and food. The best COTE in London by far. Chicken Liver Parfait and Calamari were excellent starters. Good and affordable wine choice.

Lovely outside seating with a view of the dock. Delicious set meal: I had bread crumbed langoustines to start, followed by seafood linguini and it was really tasty with lots of mussels, prawns and clams.

Excellent choice on a summers evening in London as plenty of tables outside if the weather is good. The service has always been good and the food is reasonably priced.

Food serine & ambience were excellent. Our server was very accommodating for one our fussy eaters. Meal ordered but wasn't aware it came with a cream sauce and they happily changed it and made her another one without the cream sauce

a lunchtime meal with clients. Never quite sure who was serving our table and one meal arrived later than others after questioning to find it's whereabouts. The food was good but the service is uncertain and hesitant, rather like first day on the job! It may well have been

Very good food as always in a Cote restaurant. The service was friendly and our waiter gave good recommendations. St Katharine's docks is a great location and Cote has plenty of outdoor seating.

service needs improving. Forgot one of the starters and to chase for the mains.the restaurant didnt appear to be overly busy but still had to go seaching for them when something was needed. Shame as great venue and food good. They didn't charge for the desserts as we waited for so long for the mains.

Lovely seating outside with nice dock views. Tables inside also great with large windows. Set menu very good value. If I had to be picky, service slightly slow.

Have visited this restaurant many times and it has been fine but last night was very disappointing. I ordered fishcakes with poached egg - no egg. when I queried it the manager(?) said it didn't come with an egg but if I wanted he would get me one! I have checked and it is on the menu. Ordered dark choc pots which we have had before but what turned up was not what they usually serve - tasted horrid and the running chocolate was grainy. We complained and they did change them. I asked for a glass of wine which didn't turn up so had to reorder and then they tried to charge me for the glass I didn't receive. And to cap it all no toilet paper in the toilets! If I hadn't had such good experiences before I would certainly not go back!

Food was fine as always at Cote. However the service was chaotic. It took 10 minutes for our order to be taken, we were bottled water but no glasses and then our starter turned up before the wine arrived. We then waited 45 mns for the main course, during which time we were asked if we were ready for dessert, when we said we hadn't had our main course, we were asked what we ordered which was worrying. At then cap it all, we were charged for 2 bottles of Perrier that had been ordered by another table. They came to apologies and we felt that may be they could have offered a little something!

Always good food and service, this applies to all the branches I have visited - this trip no exception. Our waiter was particularly good and the 'Tomato Breton' starter very good.

We were given a wonderful table with a view of St Katherine's Docks. Our Waitress, Alice, was really welcoming and very attentive. It was my Husband's birthday and she went out of her way to make sure our experience was special. She even flambéd our crepes at the table! The food was perfect and the 3 course Anniversary menu included a glass of complimentary Champagne. Thoroughly recommended.
