Very good service, prompt attentive but not intrusive. Thank you will visit again.

Was really excited to visit again as I have visited the Oxford branch previously and loved the experience. I booked a table for my birthday for me and a friend. I ordered the serloin steak and she ordered the lobster. The lobster was cold and had a fly in it, my steak was well done on the outside and raw on the inside. We waited 30minutes before we had to go and ask for the desert menu. We were not offered any complementary items or some sort of compensation for the fly in her plate. We didn’t ask for any as we thought it was the waiters ir the management responsability to offer. Overall the experience was not what I expected and my birthday dinner ended up being a disappointment for me and my friend.

Lovely meal and friendly staff.goats cheese starter and pork rillette,both very tasty followed by lamb chops and sirloin steak,both very good.would definitely visit again.

Excellent service as always. The manager/waitress went above and beyond when my salad had a very hard fennel. Would recommend.

Had a nice view from our table for two, staff friendly, efficient and very attentive. Toilets were nice and clean, individual sinks and dryers in each one , so very Covid friendly. We loved our food, all our courses were very nice. Will come again when I’m up this way.

We go regularly to Cote Brasserie at St Katherine Docks. The staff are wonderful and the service is exemplary. The location is excellent with a view over the Dock with many boats and lots of activity. We recommend it completely!

Took Covid seriously. Service was friendly and good. Thought the portions from the a la carte menu were smaller than pre-Covid though. Lovely to dine outside.

Lovely evening. We were seated a suitable distance from the next table (after we requested to sit there) Food was really good and hot Staff really friendly and masks seem to be a really good solution EOHO worked well.

Busy restaurant which is good to see after months of being closed. They have arranged tables to allow for social distancing without detracting from.the experience. The food was very good & staff clearly happy to return to work.

Very helpful and friendly staff made it comfortable for us and they were all wearing PPE visors which made us feel safe. Tables were a safe distance apart. Food was good.

What a wonderful welcome we received from the staff at the Cote in St Katharine Docks - it was as though we had never been away. In fact, Cote was the last outing we had before lockdown and last night was the first outing since the easing of lockdown. We are from Belgium and every time we come to London we come to Côte Brasserie hower there are so many places to eat, we ate some of the best plates ever here. Super friendly staff, amazing location next to the water, we will be back.

The staff could not have been better and the experience was of a hight standard and all the guests where very please with the food and all said they would come again.

Perfect place to meet a very dear friend for lunch - weather was wonderful and we sat by the window enjoying both the view and a fantastic meal - food was excellent and so was the service- my favourite place to eat and enjoy the ambience.

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful experience service was 5 star our waitress was called Maria who really made our experience perfect her wine and food recommendation was great will definitely be back soon. Thank you for a perfect evening

We were impressed both by the excellent service and quality of the food. Wine prices were also very reasonable. We had a lovely view of the Dock too.
