The a la carte menu in particular is made up of traditional French flavours as well as some slightly more region-specific, but highlights for us include the pan roasted pork belly with gratin potato, braised Savoy cabbage, apples, thyme and calvados jus, as well as the roasted duck breast, served pink with a creamy potato gratin.
