Côte Windsor Restaurant

Quick friendly service. Great views of the river, and lots of menu options, such a plates rapides or full menu and specials for whatever the occasion. The food was cooked well and arrived quickly, definitely good value for money.

Lovely ambience, very good food and service, excellent value for money - we had the early evening menu. Wonderful views of the river Thames complete it all. Will call again!

It was a difficult day for the staff due to a very busy Mothers Day. People were not willing to vacate their tables. Staff had to put us on a temporary table outdoors and gave us complimentary drinks. We were eventually shown our table (40 minutes later). The staff acted in a very correct manner. Despite the long delay we were delighted with our meal and most of all the polite staff and how they dealt with the problem.

Another pleasant meal with good service. We eat regularly at Côte restaurants and the food is always good but the wine list is the only weakness, Offering only unremarkable French wines with no other counties listed. We enjoy our wines and it is a real shame that Côte's list does not match the quality of the food.

Busy Thursday lunchtime. Service was not as smooth as normal, given the wrong menus, food given to us incorrectly but otherwise great location and food. I had asked for a window seat as it was my birthday but this didn't happen.

We love the views over the river at this Cote and of course you know the standard of food will be high. Good to see veal back on the menu. Helpful waiter.

Great food & great wine! It was just very cold in the restaurant as the air conditioning was very high and shame about the crab mayonnaise being sold out.. again!!!!

We were not advised that a particular starter was unavailable until we tried to order. The bill was wrong when presented. However the food was excellent and served hot on hot plates. Good value and good food.

Excellent as usual. Good, rapid service and the food was excellent. This is what we've come to expect from Côte. I hope they can keep up the standard.

We visited Cote in Windsor today for their Mothers' Day Champagne Breakfast and it was absolutely lovely. We had a nice table with a view of the river. We both had the full English breakfast. I had mine with scrambled eggs and they were perfectly cooked - soft and moist, just the way I like them. Our waiter was friendly and efficient. Can't wait to go back.

Average food. didn't have my wifes favourite dish and told us after we had sat and ordered drinks. Not a great experience very disappointed won't go back in a hurry.

Service was great and food pleasant - my colleague enjoyed their starter and fish, m steak was overlooked and tough. Such a signature dish for a french brassiere, I'd expect them to nail it.

Excellent food - tasty, hot and fresh. Beautiful setting next to the river Thames and faultless service - attentive when needed but didn't bother us when not.

Great lunch in pleasant setting. Staff, as always very friendly, efficient and attentive. Food was lovely. Only downside toilets are so tiny it is a struggle to get into them even for the skinniest of people.

The restaurant is situated in a fantastic location with a nice Thames river view. The food was good. Service was ok maybe it's a busy Sunday Lunch time.

Great meal, great service and I received special attention because we were celebrating my Birthday. Sitting in a window seat by the side of the Thames was lovely.

Went for breakfast with my daughter, food & service was excellent! Food was the right portions for us & served with a smile. Felt very welcomed! Always a pleasant experience. Highly recommend it!

Lovely river view, good service & tasty food as always at Cote. However, Ladies loos need to be larger in every respect. Otherwise all fab.

Fab food, fab staff, fab location, a truly memorable time overlooking the River Thanes with a magnificent view of Windsor castle. I have been to cote restaurants in Birmingham, Brighton, Sloane Square an Windsor. The standard across the board is first class.

My wife and I have been going to Cote in Windsor for many years, for breakfast, lunch and pre theatre meals. Always excellent food, friendly and efficient service plus stunning evening views of the river and castle. I also entertain clients on odd occasions as I can be confident that the menu will always have something of appeal. :-)

Food, atmosphere and view of the Thames; amazing!, The only small criticism was that the staff were a little slow in taking our order and had to be prompted. Overall experience very good and would definitely return again.

I had pre-booked a table. When we arrived we were promptly seen to our table, however after 15 minutes no one had come to see us or take a drinks order. I had to get up and find someone and ask them to take our order. They did not seem to know that my reservation came with 2 x complimentary kir royals. The person that saw to us apologised and offered us a free bottle of champagne Instead but we said we preferred the kir royals and so we were given a bottle of champagne to bring home. Thereafter the service was faultless and food delicious.

Cote always delivers good food, good service, a great lunch time place to eat in a nice location by the river and very reasonably priced.

Cotes in Eton is in a lovely setting over looking the river. Good service and the set menu is great value, as are the specials.

In the area, wanted a lunch locally have been to other Cote Brassiere so gave this one a try. Easy on line booking process, great location and service. Would recommend Windsor.

There was a wide menu choice to suit all members of our party, good service, no problem that we arrived early. A relaxed family Sunday lunch.

Lovely French breakfast. Beautiful setting. The staff were a bit slow taking our order, however it arrived quickly once we had ordered & was very good. Nicely presented. Staff very helpful, pleasant & couteous.

Wonderful ambience. Attentive service which was not rushed. Excellent 2/3 course early dinner menu. I will definitely return & recommend. One downside, the automatic 12.5% gratuity added to bill irrespective of the number of dinners. Usually it's for 6 or more persons.

Having been to Cote many times before and always been happy, we were slightly disappointed this time with the quality of the food. Sadly didn't feel meal and wine were value for money.

Table not ready when we arrived last night. Stood in reception area for 20 minutes with lots of other people waiting too. Shown to our table but waited 20 minutes before anyone came to our table to take our order. Steak was very dry. Disappointing and not the first time we had to wait for our table. The restaurant need to address the reason tables are not ready on time not keep offering free drinks thinking it makes it okay. We will probably stop going if it happens again.

Great food, great staff & great location. Highly recommend cote for breakfast lunch or dinner. Cote is also competitively priced, what is not to like.

Cote Windsor is a stunning location and we always have a good table. Food and service are exactly as we expect. The atmosphere is busy and relaxed.
