We always receive a warm welcome from the staff that sets the tone for the whole evening. The service is great and nothing is too much trouble. Last night we both tried the prestige end, and it didn’t disappoint. My asparagus was cooked perfectly, with extra vinaigrette on the side. Husband had the moulds Breton style. His main course was his favourite: the chicken. I had the seafood linguine. A few of my mussels were not opened however some more were brought to the table when I pointed this out to the waitress so no problem there. Maybe the chef could just monitor this kitchen side? By the way the rhubarb cocktails were a great hit! Why do we like Cote? Well service is always great and the seasonal menu changes are really good. And unusual to find in a restaurant nowadays. It also brings a little of my husbands homeland to us in the UK!

Very good breakfast served as normal with courteous service. My only critism was when it came to ordering the bill. I asked on three separate occasions to three different staff members until after 15 minutes the bill arrived. The restaurant was busy at the time so this is a minor blemish on the meal. Be back soon for more.

Asked for a table for 4 in the front as they were unoccupied but was told they were booked for 4 people Later bookings for 2 were offered them! Slightly unhappy at this as we are regulars in the restaurant

Friendly staff I am Veggie and Gluten-free and they always go out if their way to make sure I have a great meal. We had a child with us to and although they don’t have a child’s menu they are really flexible and were happy to put a meal together that was just perfect for brunch.

Overall, good. Prompt food delivery, we’ll balanced and tasty. Service a little slow ion arrival but a pleasant meal overall. Nice sized portions too. Would recommend.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday with a meal at Côte . The evening started will with complimentary Kir Royales. The food and service were excellent and the meal was good value. As always, we were very pleased that we had chosen Côte.

Always have a good meal at Cotes, Wokingham, love the buzzy atmosphere and excellent service from the staff. It’s our go to restaurant for date night.

The menu offered very good value for money and was delicious! The service was attentive without being overpowering. The only negative was how close the tables were to each other which wasn’t especially comfortable, otherwise al in all a lovely evening.

Always great food and great service, prices always fair with a great selection on the menu. It does not matter if it’s breakfast , lunch or dinner the whole experience remains consistent. That’s more than enough to keep me happy.

The atmosphere was lovely, food perfectly cooked and the service was excellent. Had the French 75 aperitif, which was fresh, zingy and the perfect start to the meal. The bread was still warm, fluffy inside and crusty on the outside. My main meal (duck) was very flavorful and beautifully presented. Will definitely go back.

Good meal. Both enjoyed our starters - asparagus, and baked crottin cheese. Shared a good Chateaubriand for mains - small grumble as it was overlooked but a good piece of meat. Good, personable service from the busy team.

Lovely morning spent at Cote with my Dad on Father’s Day. We had the English breakfast & vegetarian breakfast. Delicious & stylish. Great coffee & orange juice too.

plates were good and hot but the food could have been hotter. This is a common problem in most restaurants. Thw menu has not changed for years.

The service was excellent and there was a nice up beat atmosphere. The food was mainly acceptable except for the lamb rump which was served almost raw, we sent it back to be cooked a little more and it came back almost cremated which made it tough and striny. Wev weren't charge for it but it did spoil my daughters Birthday lunvh

Nice food, cheerful efficient service. I took off a star because it was very.noisy, okay it was half term and lots of children, but we could have done without the piped music in the background.
