Although it was Father's day and very busy the service and food was up to the usual standards

Another early evening meal. Not all options available on the set menu. Quick efficient service for what we needed. Quite busy with a few larger groups in.

Although a quiet evening here was a good atmosphere and thee service was attentive. Good value Alpine Specials menu that was fitting for the cold night.

We booked a table for New Years Eve for 5.15pm. The staff were very friendly & very efficient. We enjoyed our meal & there was a very nice atmosphere. The food was delicious & given all the price rises for food, it was a decent price. We really enjoyed ourselves & would go back definitely.

Our second visit to this restaurant and pleased to report food and service as to be expected. One little grumble was the bench seats were uncomfortable after a while

We sat on the terrace (I’m extremely vulnerable) with lots of space but a backdrop of a colossal extractor’s noise. My whitebait, poulet & chocolate mousse were superb! My husband’s steak was small but pal’s moulle delicious. Michelle and Magda were perfect staff! We look forward to Esher’s Cote meal on 16 August - my husband’s 79th birthday.

Normally we come away from Cote Wokingham and write excellent for everything. Today was good only. I experience got off to a bad start when the table we were given was far too small for the amount we ordered. Cote was not vey busy at the time. For the food, my egg yolks were hard and my white toast hardly toasted at all Everything else with the food was good. Usually the service is excellent, but today just good. So nothing to complain about; just an observation that it was good but not excellent as it usually is

Since lockdown 1.0 cote have been consistent with their covid safe hygiene and service standards. The food is also immeasurably better in both taste and portion size. Keep going cote. You're smashing it!

Food as always was great but it was very busy - the last night before closing and entering Tier 3 - and we had to keep reminding the server about our wine. Also by 8pm they had run out of several dishes on the menu. However there was a great atmosphere and the food was hot and as good as ever. However the Manager apologised for the delay and I had a complimentary creme caramel as it was my birthday and they had run out of creme brûlée.

Such a lovely little pre Christmas lunch. The waitresses were lovely and the restaurant was chilled and well spaced. The food was incredible

Lovely service and our waitress Rosie was fab. Felt very safe here and our food was delicious .

Ordered a Plat rapide steak, did not arrive with meat pink as promised, however a replacement came within 5 minutes and was fine. Impressed by no qualms from Cote staff and very efficient and apologetic attitude. Furthermore was surprised and pleased to find the cost of the steak was taken off the bill. My good lady ordered and enjoyed very much the Breton stew.. Well done Cote, well handled, we’ll be back when the tiers allow us.....Mike Wokingham
