Côte Wokingham

Good atmosphere, great service and very good food. We were welcomed to the restaurant and then presented with three menus offering a really good selection of items allowing us to pick and choose our options. The food was well cooked and well presented. The crispy duck lived up to my expectations. My wife managed three courses, I could only manage two after which I felt very well fed.

Fantastic evening. The staff were extremely lovely and were always making sure we had everything we needed!! Couldn't have asked for a better evening for my wife's birthday meal.

Excellent service as ever. We have visited Cote several times and the restaurant staff are always friendly. They seem to be aware of when to take our order and ask if we need any additional help.

We had a family birthday celebration at Cote Brasserie in Wokingham. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. They found us the perfect table. The food was excellent. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant- amazing staff, great food and good value for money.

We, and most of our friends and relations, are regulars at the Cote with over fifty visits over the years. It remains excellent and by far the best of the chains.

Food is nice but service is very very slow. Has been the last few times and we waited 6 months before we returned. If your in no rush and happy to wait 2.5 hours for a 3 course set menu then you won't be disappointed

Excellent service coupled with very good food. We both had a very enjoyable evening. We would certainly return. The reputation of this chain of restaurants is built on consistency and they achieve this.

Pleasant atmosphere but had a little difficulty communicating with the waitress. Not her fault. Just the right amount of time between courses and all menus explained fully.

The food was very good,but the service was below average.Slow to bring our menus, then forgot a starter and one of the side dishes we ordered.Not up to their usual high standards.

Service was good but once again the food was not up to scratch .chicken was over cooked and dry .my dining guest fared better with a decent piece of fish .

Great service even if we were a bit awkward 😂 The pavlova was amazing . I'm not really a dessert person but that was amazing, the sweetness with the sour worked so well.

Great family Sunday brunch. Six of us had variations of cooked breakfast and everyone was very pleased with what they had. Minor hiccup on service when 5 of us were served our food but the sixth plate took quite a few minutes to arrive and that was after a gentle reminder. Would go again and would recommend for quality, price and ambience.

Brilliant as always food delicious staff very friendly and courteous a credit to you establishment. Have been visiting quite a while now and haven't had one bad meal.

After 2 disappointing visits to Cote Windsor this summer, it was good to return to Wokingham. The service was excellent and a very nice meal. Like the new lunch/early evening menu.

Food was good value, but the service was very slow and waiter has a bit of an attitude. Why I do not know. Would go back but ask for different waiter.

Cote Restaurant in Wokingham is a beautiful setting for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We sat on the terrace this evening and the waitress was fabulous and the food was delicious.

The service was excellent, the food was great. This was our fifth visit and each time has been as good as the last. I am sure we will visit. again soon.

We had a very nice meal, the food was well cooked and tasty. The service at the table was quick and efficient, however we we felt that we had to wait a bit too long to be seated when we arrived, even though the restaurant was not full. Our only real criticism was that we were sat at the very back of the restaurant and the air conditioning was rather too cold, even though we had asked for the door leading to the terrace to be closed - we felt they needed to adjust the temperature as it was fine in other parts of the restaurant as we discovered on our way out! We would however definitely recommend the food here and will be returning, but would prefer to sit elsewhere next time.

Cote in Wokingham is a great asset to the town and very popular with young and old alike. The restaurant is typically French in style and range of dishes, from a menu which changes from time to time. You will never be disappointed with the food, or presentation, and the staff are lovely -always welcoming and friendly. We were a party of five for breakfast at 11am this morning and it was first class as usual. The full English breakfast was enough to keep me going all day. I can wholeheartedly recommend COTE for breakfast, lunch or dinner

Great breakfast, very quick and efficient service and wonderful, faultless food. Coffee was a bit too hot and tasted slightly scalded but only just. Overall it's a lively restaurant at breakfast but there were plenty of staff and all were friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Good outside area and prompt service. The outside area was pleasant. Our group of four was seated and served in good time whilst allowing for time to talk and enjoy the surroundings. Only criticism was my wife's fruit salad was not enjoyed.

Fantastic food and very good value for money, 3 courses and a glass of Champagne as a set menu for the restaurant's 10th anniversary just £27! Really tasty quality meals, well done Cote!
