An excellent serving team. Wonderfully tasty food especially the May Selection. Enjoyed our free bottle of wine as our Cote Reward. Will be going again

After a really tough week, and our first 'child free' night in over 18 months, fabulous evening, great service and yummy food. Left feeling more than satisfied!

5 of us ordered different starters and mains and all declared food was delicious, served in stylish surroundings by professional lovely staff. We will return for sure!

Lovely food and service at lunchtime in a vibrant atmosphere. Great location in Worcester and central to all tourist attractions. Highly recommended to one and all.

Both the food and service were very good and the staff were attentive without being 'in your face'. Will definitely be returning to this venue again.

The staff were welcoming and efficient. They were quick to take our order and the food was served with minimum delay. The meal was well prepared and presented and was excellent value. Overall an enjoyable experience.

The experience that we have had today in the restaurant was as usual top class. We explore you not to get rid of your wonderful staff.

We were sat too close to the toilet with lots of people passing around us. We had to ask to be moved. 12.5% service charge was added to our bill.

It was our first visit to Cote's in Worcester. The food was good value, the wine was delicious and the service was excellent. We will be back

Poor food and service. Meal was burnt. Experience felt like something from the 1980's. Management not on the ball at all and when I complained didn't come over until the end of the meal. Quite possibly the worst walkin I have ever had. 3 members of staff in the doorway so I couldn't get in and then they all walked away from us. Not even a smile or a hello. Rushed our order, literally our nibbles turned up and 2 minutes later our starters then they tried to take away the olives. Acoustics were terrible as well. Feels broken.

i totally enjoyed my experience with cote I arrived solo and late after a long day and was looked after very well My food was excellent, well presented and at the correct temperature for the dishes ordered I will certainly return

Good attentive staff. Food good but French onion soup was a bit watery and lacking in flavour. Smoked haddock was slightly over cooked. We will come again.

This was my second visit to Cote Brasserie in 5 days and both times I cannot fault the service and the food. A very welcome addition to Worcester.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. We felt that we were not rushed. I had the set menu, which gave me plenty of choice. The food was delicious.

Good food and friendly attentive service. Still feels a little overpriced and a couple of cheaper house wines would be nice. Will try the set priced menu on another occasion as those slots were fully booked so we were a la carte at 9pm.

Once again, the staff made dining at Cote Brasserie Worcester an absolute pleasure. Good food in great company! I like to blend choices from the monthly specials with old favourites to create a stunning menu.

Unfortunately it seemed to be a staff play ground, multiple employees constantly passing our table drinking in our presence, non work related conversations, cutlery being dropped. Witnessing a member of staff lay on her back across a booth on her phone directly in front of ourselves during our main was certainly a shock, did not expect that! Disappointing really was expecting more.

The food was lovely and the staff were very attentive even though the restaurant was extremely busy. We will definitely be going back there many times in the future. Well done Cote Brasserie.

Fantastic food and service as always, cote is definitely the best restaurant for gluten free choices, as a coeliac I feel so secure that the food I eat is safe and being served by the manager gives added piece of mind

Lovely food as usual but service wasn't as attentive as before. They got the initial order wrong and had to reserve but then had to wander around trying to find someone to take the plate from the tray as I wasn't allowed to do it!

It was Ok, nothing special. Best way to describe it was an OK Rib Eye steak with a small portion of Mcdonalds fries in a cup. They couldn't make the fries any more like Mcdonalds unless they picked them up from Mcdonalds!!

The service was good and attentive, the food was average. I had a steak and it was okay but not the best steak or peppercorn sauce in Worcester. Also the food was well over salted, so not necessary and I mentioned this whilst there. The problem with big chains is that they have to follow an approved master recipe so I don't hold out much hope for improvement!

Excellent food and friendly service. A good start to an evening out with friends. I would recommend the scallops with bacon and lentils and the fish pie.

Lovely afternoon with friends, really nice venue, food is very good and reasonably priced but the staff need to look around them as had to try and get their attention a couple of times which wasn't easy

Service was a little slow but it was Mother's Day weekend and very busy. Food quality and presentation was excellent, thoroughly enjoyed a special lunch.

Good food great service excellent atmosphere. Cote have nailed the eating out experience. Our only gripe is that all drinks are overpriced, but you can drink the Table water for nothing !!

Having a painful neck and shoulders we didn't find our seating (corner seat) comfortable and asked for a chair so we could sit opposite each other. It was not a problem and we were given the chair immediately and with a smile. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We liked the ambience, the lighting and the mirrors and the toilet facilities. All in all a very nice lunchtime.

The food came quickly and i was offered a hot & cold drink, but the service wasn't great as i had to wait a while for my order to be taken and for my bill to be paid even though i flagged down a waiter, i wouldn't think this would be difficult as i was one of the only customers in the restaurant. Food was good but wasn't much taste and would of been nice for some sugar to be brought with the tea i ordered. I personally think the waiter should ask if we would like to give 12% tip as i think its rude when its automatically added to the bill. The waiters and front of house staff were shouting to each other on several occasions and i thought it was quite unprofessional as there were customers in the restaurant eating breakfast.

Great service, great food and perfect location. I would definitely recommend to others and with the new development across the way due to open this year it is a great place to sit and relax on the terrace.

Food and drink arrived promptly and was very tasty. The service dipped slightly at times as we felt forgotten about. However, we will definitely visit again soon, as the ambience and style of the restaurant was excellent

The atmosphere was lovely, a real buzz even on a Monday evening. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and served promptly. A lovely relaxing unhurried evening.

Really relaxed and informal atmosphere which suited us perfectly. Food quality is average and has a slight mass produced feel. Everything very uniform in size and shape but well presented and served to the table.

The staff made us very welcome , and the food and service was very good. This recently opened restaurant is a real asset to Worcester.

I very much like the decor and ambience of the restaurant.Also it was nice and warm in the rear part of the restaurant.Some other restaurants in Worcester can be very cold and draughty on a chilly evening like yesterday. The pate starter was first class.I loved my sea bass stuffed with fennel.My partner had grilled half chicken but found it dry,he had ordered a sauce and then assumed the chicken was grilled after the sauce was applied.However on querying it with the waiter afterwards we think the sauce was omitted from the order. Overall we enjoyed our visit to Cote Worcester and will return again.

Fabulous ladies lunch. Highly recommend the mushroom and spinach pancakes. Delish! As is the Kir Royale! Sunny smiling waitress. Lovely experience, thanks. Well worth the visit.
