Côte Worcester

The service was good and attentive, the food was average. I had a steak and it was okay but not the best steak or peppercorn sauce in Worcester. Also the food was well over salted, so not necessary and I mentioned this whilst there. The problem with big chains is that they have to follow an approved master recipe so I don't hold out much hope for improvement!

Good attentive staff. Food good but French onion soup was a bit watery and lacking in flavour. Smoked haddock was slightly over cooked. We will come again.

The most fantastic food & wine. A really great atmosphere & service. Amber,the waitress was just amazing!!! We are looking forward to the next visit!

Great service, great food and perfect location. I would definitely recommend to others and with the new development across the way due to open this year it is a great place to sit and relax on the terrace.

This was my second visit to Cote Brasserie in 5 days and both times I cannot fault the service and the food. A very welcome addition to Worcester.

Good food and friendly attentive service. Still feels a little overpriced and a couple of cheaper house wines would be nice. Will try the set priced menu on another occasion as those slots were fully booked so we were a la carte at 9pm.

Once again I cannot fault this establishment both the food and the staff. I had invited my friends for the first time and they were most impressed.

Managed to move the booking due to accident in m5, when we ordered the Food was very tasty!! We Will be going back for sure

You make it deliberatley difficult to get your free bottle of wine/rewards by having to sign in several times - why is this? Should be sign in and automatically you get the reward! I went 28.03.17 expecting a free bottle of Bergerac only to be told I hadn't signed in properly! This was the 4th time in 3 weeks I have entertained people here, the food and service always great; the reward system stinks!

Service excellent, food very good steak melted in the mouth and the restaurant was very well organised with a nice ambiance. I will definitely go again.

A 6 would only be given for exceptional - it was good but not exceptional. But much better than most in Worcester, service first time we went was better. Overall v good - you did ask!! :-)

The staff were very polite and welcoming and the service was good. The breakfasts were very tasty and well presented. Good value and would definitely recommend. We will be going back.

Restaurant was busy and didn't get the requested booth. Service and food was both good. I do feel it is more weekday dinner or brunch/lunch at weekend restaurant but that is my personal view.

My wife and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary with a very enjoyable meal at Cote Brasserie in Worcester and enjoyed the whole experience, the restaurant is very attractive and spacious, all the staff were charming, and menu prices very reasonable. We will definitely be returning again and again.

I very much like the decor and ambience of the restaurant.Also it was nice and warm in the rear part of the restaurant.Some other restaurants in Worcester can be very cold and draughty on a chilly evening like yesterday. The pate starter was first class.I loved my sea bass stuffed with fennel.My partner had grilled half chicken but found it dry,he had ordered a sauce and then assumed the chicken was grilled after the sauce was applied.However on querying it with the waiter afterwards we think the sauce was omitted from the order. Overall we enjoyed our visit to Cote Worcester and will return again.

Lovely lunch. Friendly service and tasty food. Just what was needed. My friend and I arrived and were greeted swiftly and shown to a table. It wasn't overly busy but we had booked. Our order was taken and food was served quickly. Lovely stuff!

A very enjoyable evening lovely food and plenty of choice also very good service, there were four of us and we all would definitely return I would recommend this resturants for a special occasion.

The puts Worcester on the map. Beautiful food, great atmosphere, all round great experience. Will defiantly be going back. This is exactly what Worcester needed.

I took a took a dear friend for a birthday lunch treat. We had an amazing experience, delicious food, great service and incredible value. Thank you Cotes Brasserie Worcester, we are converts and will be back very soon.

Very polite and helpful staff..service was a little slow at times . food was ok . A member of our party said the duck was dry but tasty.

I treated my Mom for her birthday, the food service and wine were all excellent. The menu was full of dishes I hadn't tried before and an excellent gluten free choice. I have already re booked for my birthday with friends and highly recommended it for something new for Worcester.

We've visited several times now.Delicious food, two course early evening menu is excellent value, complimentary Kir Royales for your birthday month a nice bonus. Service is good, very pleasant staff, could just do with being a bit more on the ball at times which is why I scored 5 not 6. We will definitely return.

Really relaxed and informal atmosphere which suited us perfectly. Food quality is average and has a slight mass produced feel. Everything very uniform in size and shape but well presented and served to the table.

We were a party of four. We requested a window seat and this was provided. We booked for 6.45 and enjoyed a nice meal with excellent service.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Just perfect. The staff were happy and nothing was too much trouble. Noticeably you could hear other tables saying how great the food was.

Food average, beef bourguignon chewy. Service not the best. Waiters leaned across the instead of walking around the table. Very disappointed, had expected better to be honest.

Service was efficient and seamless. Restaurant and facilities clean, smart and tidy. Food and wine was delicious. For a restaurant chain I was very impressed and will return to sample other dishes off the menu.

Providers of scrummy food at not too expensive prices. Was the service up to the allegedly optional 12.5% that is stuck on the bill ? Probably not... up to 10% only possibly, but we paid it anyway...

We had a lovely meal with good friendly service. It was very busy, but the food was delivered in good time. Only two problems....the first was that we were billed for complimentary drinks. This was taken off when I queried. The second was the 12.5% service charge also on the bill. It was explained that this was not compulsory and that we didn't have to pay it. We were assured that the staff shared out the money in a meeting one per week, so we paid it. However, if you do a rough calculation, based on the numbers of staff and the 12.5% of each bill, it would make the staff extremely well paid. Its therefore hard to believe that the full amount is shared in that way. Having said that, I would definitely go again.

Terrible service, under cooked steak and not a waiter/waitress around to do anything about it, and it was only quiet, I dread to think what it would have been like if it was busy!

Excellent service and very tasty food. The ambience and overall atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic. I would highly recommend Cote in Worcester for lunch or dinner.

Good range of reasonably priced food. Spacious room (decor up to the minute) with twice the service of normal restaurants! Excellent loo and enthusiastic, courteous staff.

Fantastic food. Scallops, duck with cherries & creme brûlée washed down with a bottle of Rose. All perfect. Lovely buzzing atmosphere & friendly helpful staff. Will definitely be back

Had a lovely meal. Service was a tad slow to start with and then too quick towards the end but we enjoyed ourselves. It does annoy me when charged for vegetables though...they are part of a meal and should be included in the price in my opinion or it's not a complete meal
