Great staff , wonderful service , brilliant food . As far as I am concerned it is one of the most relaxing restaurants I have ever been in and along with the above what else can I say . Worth every star .

An elderly lady friend and neighbour, we had booked to see Russell Watson who she follows everywhere, a little bit besotted, and when she phoned today most of the conversation was about how much she enjoyed her meal and was so impressed by our very friendly waiter who accompanied her to the ladies room and bought her back safely, for myself the meal was definitely 5 star, I already was aware of that as Im a frequent diner but usually someone else had booked. WELL DONE

We always enjoy meals at Cote Brasserie Brighton as they are consistently excellent, good value and reasonably priced. We have always found the staff helpful, friendly and efficient.

The meal was to the usual high standard, we expect from Cote. Very busy evening with lots of big parties, but service still good. Only downside of being so busy, it was very noisy, but good atmosphere.

Lively atmosphere, great ambience, excellent food and brilliant service - as always! There are so many places to eat in Brighton but we always end up at Cote - funny, that...

The food was excellent with one exception;the haddock was overcooked. Service was slow but the I think the food was slow coming from the kitchen. It was very busy in the restaurant.

I was disappointed with my meal in here last night.

As always, a thoroughly good meal in a friendly ambiance.

Whenever I ask my little girl where she would like to go do a fancy dinner? The answer would always be Cote Brasserie.

Cote is brilliant - always very friendly, helpful and attentive service. And the food is superb; a real wide range of various meals on the menus, not too fancy and not too simple either. It's all just right! A great experience at a fabulous restaurant, with excellent value for money.

Staff were rude about the group, they allowed a very large booking of 20 and a booking was opposite of us of 15. We were complained at regarding the noise, which was ridiculous as everyone was simply talking. food was good but what do you expect from two large bookings (separate) all talking.

Waited ages for a waiter/waitress. I had to look around and wave for their attention On ordering the drinks I waited ages and again had to get the attention if the waiter to bring the drinks I ordered the moule and it was over cooked, chewy and was more like a starter portion. Should not be served as a main I generally enjoy Cote but on this occasion I had a dreadful experience

Food average, speed of service terrible, had to cancel dessert order as took too long. Cote need more staff at peak times to cater for trade.

It was ok here, beer was overpriced and goats cheese salad was average so too expensive. Average meal but classy surroundings. Food could do with improvement to be honest

The food was great me and family loved it. The service and the staff were amazing.

since it was a Saturday evening the restaurant was very crowded with many parties of 20 people around us. Our lovely waitress Phoebe was covering our area of tables all on her own. Admirable for a part time waitress and full time Chemistry student. She was polite, speedy and served every course with great pazzas! We received our complimentary March cocktails having booked online and he had his favourite French onion soup "not too salty" and the fish parmentier. I had the King prawn cocktail with the hugest juciest prawns and the massive veal steak (it must have been a truly huge calf at the time). I had no room for a desert, he had the most delicious tarte aux pommes which I will make myself next weekend. I truly lovely evening.

Only two other couples and us due to Corona . (Wednesday lunchtime)So sorry for your staff. We love Cote for the excellent service lovely surrounding and the food..

We had barely ordered and our food arrived which made me question if the dishes were freshly cooked to order. My food was tasteless and not enjoyable. Considering the crisis the country is facing it would have been nice to have enjoyed the experience better as it was my birthday celebrations. The restaurant was 3 quarters full and there seemed to be plenty of staff.

We had a fantastic time. Everything was very well organised with pre orders as well as being flexible when changing the number of guests we had. The staff were very attentive and friendly. But the food was most definitely the highlight...every dish was complimented and enjoyed thoroughly by us all. Thank you x

Although Resturant was only 75% full, service was slow, had to ask for drinks repeatedly, staff more interesting in congregating and chating together than looking for customers to serve Been on much better nights

Very good service, food good, but one chicken piece a little pink near the bone, chose to leave it.

Lovely interior and staff. Great service...however food not for vegans. The risotto was like a tasteless stodgy oversized dish, potatoes and mushrooms tasteless. You need to up your vegan menu to stray ahead in Brighton. Will not go back.

The main course - steak from the Prestige menu, was delicious but not enough for a normal healthy man with a good appetite.

Service is always second to none... the slightest issue is resolved without any fuss. I come here very often and I’m always so happy with my experience.

Birthday celebration was lovely place to do, staff, food and food value was excellent, the only downside was the FREE cocktail wasnt that great otherwise everything was 100%.

Our server was an utter delight! I wish I could remember her name! She was professional yet had a warm and authentic manner about her, many struggle to get the right balance but she did this effortlessly. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves!

Special occasion, celebrating my daughters 16th Birthday. 5* star service the moment we stepped through the door. The food and customer service was excellent, would definitely recommend and will visit again.

My poached eggs were solid! My sister’s breakfast arrived minus the poached eggs! However the vegetarian sausages were delicious!
