Very pleased with dinner at Cote, great customer service, will defiantly return

Lovely food, lovely staff, reasonably priced. Good attention for my daughter who has allergies.

The staff were as always very attentive and always go out of their way to make you feel special. The food is exactly like what we have experienced in France and cooked just how we like it. To add to this, the whole experience from the ambience to the food just feels special and good value for money

Excellent service and wonderful food and wines. No waiting for service and no hassling to finish up and leave.

The food was 4 star and the service 5 star but the evening was spoiled by an overzealous manager who really needs to read through the government rules on facemasks etc. I was asked to show my proof of exemption ( which the rules clearly state should not happen) and felt somewhat humiliated. My husband was ordered to remove his balaclava face- covering -which has always been accepted elsewhere (and which is included in the list of adequate masks on the website.) Such a fuss over nothing - only to be ushered to a table barely 2 metres from the entrance. Hence the experience last night was worth only 2 stars.

We had a enjoyable experience at Cote. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The October complimentary cocktails was delightful,Thank you. We look forward to returning soon.

The food was dekicious the staff very professional and friendly and the general atmosphere very pleasing. For a chain i think Cotes delivers extremely highly. If you fancy a trip to a Parisien brasserie but cant travel then visit Cotes you can then pretend to be in Paris!

Perfect afternoon in a great atmosphere. The staff were very attentive which is needed to make you relax and enjoy yourself. The good was excellent, well served and tasty. I will be back very soon to try some more of the great choice from the menu

Just a real shame we were not met at the door when we arrived. However this was quickly dealt with. We had a lovely relaxing lunch.

Really fantastic warm and friendly welcome. Particularly Julia the GM and Gabor Staff were the right side of attentive. Felt the current COVID restrictions were very much adhered too by customers and staff. Had a lovely afternoon thanks. I’ll be back

We received a friendly and warm welcome upon entering. We had a few table options so sat upstairs. The service we received all evening was very friendly and attentive. Social distancing / COVID is being handled very well and most diners were observing the rules. Great selection of food (seasonal cocktail, specials etc). I didn’t receive my espresso or amaretto however, it was immediately removed from the bill and they were very apologetic. It was not an issue. The experiences I’ve had here are always very positive.

The atmosphere and service was great but unfortunately, the food was not outstanding as I expected it to be at a restaurant like Cote Brasserie. Maybe it’s what I had but the sauce they give you on the side of your steak could be a bit larger, as I barely had enough to finish with my steak and my partners chicken was tender but too pink for his liking. I was really disappointed with my desert as the French are the best at pastries and deserts and my lemon tart was meh... On the other hand, my partner ordered creme caramel and it was absolutely divine! Well done on the creme caramel!

Great weather. Able to sit outside on one of the last nice days of early autumn probably. Service was good and the food was also good value for money.

Chateaubriand for less than £20 each? And it was good. How do you do that? A real pandemic pick-me-up.
