I booked online a week in advance however when my family and I turned up the restaurant was closed "under new management". We were not informed it would be closed down, nor did the restaurant's website say anything about a period of closure or new management.

Crib de Rib is a great place on Gloucester Road in Kensington. Great food... their rare fillet steak has never disappointed yet. Would certainly recommend.

Very quiet venue when we went but staff and food very good but expensive without 50% deal. Drinks not cheap but an interesting choice of beers on offer.

Nice restaurant with a good menu. What made it even better is that they accept the Taste Card. Try the Georgian bread as a starter, it's awesome.

Fantastic evening! Lovely food, very good value and pleasant staff. We also enjoyed a lovely red wine recommended by the waiter. Thank you very much.

Bought a living social voucher for £19 ribs and side for 2. Great deal. One of us ordered the beef, the other ordered the pork ribs. Enjoyed and ate every bite! Very nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Our experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The staff are friendly and the waitress even helped me serve and surprise my Fiancé with a birthday cake that I brought from elsewhere. The atmosphere is lovely and the food was brilliant. The ribs and sauce are top notch! This will definitely be a new favourite of my mine. The Quandoo and Taste card 50% offers made it a steal!

The food was nice would choose the beef over the pork ribs if I could rewind. Not impressed with the drink prices, my friend had an Irish coffee which cost £5 and I had asked for an Irish coffee minus dairy due to an allergy. I was given a black coffee with a shot of amaretto which cost £3 for the coffee and £4 for the shot costing £2 more then my friends when I technically had less e.g. no diary! We also had a bottles larger that was £5 a bottle, the bottle was 330ml?! The x3 cooked chips were disappointing skinny fires that were akin to a fast food chain. Would possibly go again just for the beef ribs but would not order drinks not worthy of the prices esp. when I have had the same bottled larger for much cheaper

Very poor service. Big part of menu was not available, also the selection of beers was very small which is to my opinion very important for a meat restaurant. Also I've asked for a medium baked steak which was 'Well done' made. Waiter asked for our opinion during the main course and I explained my meat was not medium baked. He said 'ok' and just walked away. Overall we spend to much money for things we had.

We were early for our booking but this was not a problem and we were shown to our table. The resturant was quiet but very nicely layer out. Even though it was quiet the resturant had a nice feel to it. The staff were very tentive and we ordered starter and mains. We both had the carb tian and the fillet steaks. Both the starter and the steaks were great, especially the steaks which were cooked just right to medium rare. Drink were good, so overall very pleased with our meal.

Terrible place, avoid! Only 4 couples in the restaurant, one of which had already finished eating. We ordered and waited an hour for our mains, 25 minutes of which was spent watching one of our steaks getting cold on the side while employees warmed there hands over the top of it. When this was pointed out we were told it was standard practice to "rest" the meat. Sure I understand and agree with that but not for 25 minutes! Sure enough when asked to try it was stone cold. On further pushing the waitress spoke to the manager who agree it wasnt right. He didnt bother himself to come and apologies personally and let the poor waitress try to placate us. After declining her kind offer to "warm it up in the microwave for a bit" she did offer to cook a fresh steak. Sadly we had a show to go to so had to decline. Not what you'd expect from a place branding itself at the higher end...

good food, bothers starters and main course, limited menu which actually is a plus sometimes rather than trying to offer too much, good service from a lovely Slovak girl and pleasant ambiance in a nicely refurbished space

Good food, nice atmosphere, and a kind server. It is a bit out of the way, but easy to get to by the underground. More formal dining than usual for a rib place, but they pull it off nicely.

The staff were excellent and the food was delicious. We arrived late and only had about 45 minutes before we had to leave to catch a show. The staff pulled out all the stops and we got to the show on time!

Food was good, but had run out of pork ribs: weird for a restaurant with 'Rib' in the title! Drinks were expensive: tenner for a gin and tonic. Most of the staff were lovely, but our table waitress was ferocious and unfriendly.

Good food but very little choice and no other customers. Terse service, especially as a Tastecard customer.
