Had a lovely lunch. Food excellent and staff friendly and efficient. Was having a catch-up with friends and we were not hurried along. Will be back

The restaurant is absolutely fantastic. Food is delicious. Staff are amazing and the restaurant itself is beautiful. The only issue for us is we felt we had to speak very loudly as the music was rather loud.

Been about 5/6 times now, Love the food and the staff are great, the music is a bit off putting and too loud, which in turn causes customers to almost shout to each other. would still recommend CUT to family and friends.

We visited for our 1 year anniversary on a Saturday night and was great foo, great drinks and great atmosphere.

Spotlessly clean. Friendly, polite staff and very attentive. Food was excellent. We went for the sweet potato and coconut soup followed by a roast beef dinner. Will definitely be back here.

We were a large party of 14 and had a really lovely time. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. It was good value for money and we look forward to a return visit soon.

Food: amazing. We had a rump and a fillet, both were perfectly cooked (we swapped a coupla bites). Cuts were juicy, well seasoned, all of that. If I'd had room I'd have ordered another. Service: staff couldnt have been nicer, more knowledgeable or attentive. Also, very reasonably priced. We wil definitely be back.

Out with my wife and daughter for my daughters birthday. Shannon picked "Cut" as it was on her list of good restaurants to try. She was not disappointed! The food was brilliant and our steaks were cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly and catered to all our needs. Highly recommended!!

The restaurant was like a creche with children running about and it was very, very noisy. The service was abysmal and in particular one member of staff gave the V sign to his manager as well as other signs in front of all of the customers. I might add he did this behind the managers back. I sat with an empty glass for about 20 minutes, eventually having to ask a member of staff for a refill. The food on this occasion wasn't particularly good either. Rock hard roast potatoes and solid carrots. The portion sizes are smaller too. This has put me off this restaurant.

At our visit we had a selection of steaks including t/bone, fillet, sirloin and rump. I honestly would say I've had better steaks else where. Felt they were over priced.

Visited CUT for the first time last night and it certainly won’t be the last. Great decor and ambiance. Steaks were amazing and waiting staff couldn’t have been nicer. A very enjoyable experience.

Service was very slow. Was a special birthday and no attention to detail was taken. Food had to be sent back as it wasn’t cook correctly. We were then moved from our booked table to the bar area to finish our drinks to stand in a rowdy room paying a lot of money to have no seats. We came here on the advise one of one of the girls in the company as she had suggested after previously visiting and loving it however it was very disappointing!!

It was our first time attending at CUT Bothwell, our experience was mixed. Friendly staff, great food but waiting time between dessert, receiving bill and paying was ridiculous. We would have been understanding of the delays had the place been packed however not even half of the tables were occupied. Thankfully the food was top notch.

Pretty poor, waited 15minutes for drinks at the bar. We abandoned that and went to our table. Everything was tepid, my steak was dry and tasteless the sauce was like thick glue and wouldn’t come out the tiny pot. Chips tepid too

I have now visited this restaurant on server all occasions now and every single time it and been outstanding, food is amazing, service is always 100% and the restaurant is absolutely stunning inside. This is definitely one of my favourite restaurants to dine now.
