Da Paolo’s was easy to find, had a fantastic atmosphere and the service was excellent. The food was very good and all of us were pleased with the portion sizes. It was a little snug in the restaurant but that added to the ambiance. We enjoyed our meal and would definitely go back. Thank you to the staff at Da Paolo! Fantastico!

Great staff, food and service as always. We sat outside as the weather was so good, given it is not on a road but on a pedestrian walkway, its great to do this weather permitting.

The restaurant has a great old style and neighbourly ambiance. It has a frontage to a patio area with big windows that open up during nice weather. The proprietor is friendly and helpful. The food is really good and the kitchen will mix and match to make your dish the way you like. Nice wine list - not too fancy and not overpriced. One of our favourite little restaurants in London.

The garlic bread was very very strong, raw chunks of garlic on the top. Made it taste bitter. But the worse part of the experience was that we sat downstairs and the heat nearly made us pass out. There was a small air con unit that wasn’t working properly. We mentioned it to the waiter who told us “we should try working there for 7 hours”. Not the response a paying customer wants to hear. So we mentioned it to the manager who said he’d tell Roberto the owner. We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and couldn’t eat our main meal due to the temperature. Still had to cough up £85 for the bill. Naughty.

Went for lunch - never been before but would go back if I was in the neighbourhood. I had Burrata as a starter and tuna as a main. Tuna was enormous and very tasty. Very good. Very full.

As always a good welcome and a great evening, because of the happy atmosphere generated. It gives one the feeling of a good old fashioned Italian family restaurant. Food is excellent and the service as well. I love the way the staff weave their way around the room and interact with the guests. All in all a lovely experience.

Couldn't fault the food - Swordfish was great and lamb risotto was lovely too. Peroni was way overpriced at £5.95 for half a pint and I'm always happy to give a tip but I don't appreciate 12.5% service charge being added on a lunch time meal without consulting me.

Small hard to find restaurant with small selection of wines and poor menu. But the restaurant staff was ok!

Absolutely perfect. Wish I had started visiting years ago. I took my family of 7 (ranging in age from 21 to 89 years) there on Saturday for an early dinner. It was just amazing. I cannot praise highly enough the entire experience, from the warm welcome on arrival, the wonderful food, excellent friendly professional service, to the farewell on departure. The ambience was so warm and welcoming. My elderly mother was treated with so much care and attention. This is a restaurant that makes everyone feel welcome and included. We have visited many different restaurants and this is the best. Cannot wait to return. Thank you so much Da Paolo restaurant.

got the tortellini with spinach and riccota, my friends got the Bolognese and the mushroom risotto, everything was good as always :)
