Unfortunately, the rice was saturated with oil. If it was boiled rice, it should not have any oil or salt. The bread was cold and so were the plates. The meat/chicken pieces were very large. These can be made smaller so that they can be cooked better. The soup was salty, unfortunately. Baba ganoush was swimming with oil. The owner and the chef should remember that we are in Scotland and not in the middle east. There should not be any oil poured over the food. They should minimum amount of salt in the food. I with the management of the restaurant the very best and I hope to visit again and see they have implemented the above recommendations. Best Wishes
