Dan & Angel was born out of a curiosity to make the humble pizza base that little bit different. It happened by mixing quinoa, mixed seeds, wholemeal flour and cornmeal to produce a unique base packed full of fibre and protein. Sound good? Well, if in London or, more specifically, Battersea, all that is waiting at St John Hill for you to enjoy. There’s a fine selection of well-topped vegetarian and meat pizzas to choose from, but Dan & Angel also hits the nail on the head with plenty of other Mediterranean mains. Think prime steaks, zesty salads and even some seafood paella. This place is just marvellous.
