Great food great concept loved it here will definitely try again the music is great also it's like nothing else in the city top notch

Wonderful atmosphere, food and service. Staff are very attentive and friendly, a great place to relax and socialise. If you want a different experience go there!

My daughter said her burger (double patty burger with cheese and bacon) and fries were lovely. I opted for the buttermilk chicken burger and sweet potato fries. The burger wasn't quite what I was expecting, I thought I would be getting a chicken breast fillet but there were about 5 or 6 small fillets, deep fried in breadcrumbs. They were a little tough and it was awkward to eat but nice, as were the sweet potato fries. Good size portions. A little too dark and cage-like for my liking but good music and nice staff.

Food was really nice, staff where super polite, waited almost half an hour for drinks though and food came out before the drinks did, apart from that it was perfect, would definitely recommend and go back.

We had a fab evening at DRD. Lovely, friendly staff with great banter, the food was extremely filling and tasted amazing, and the atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. Overall top place to eat, we would recommend it to everyone, and will certainly be paying them another visit very soon😊. Thanks for making my daughters 25th birthday celebratory meal a great one. Food was fantastic as it always is, service was good but could of been better! A bit too long waiting for drinks really. We will be returning again though as it is excellent value and tastes tremendous - chicken gravy fries in particular!

The staff served us really quickly and the food was delicious! The surroundings of the restaurant were really nice too and there was a good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

really interesting, and slightly unusual venue, themed around American prisons death row. Despite the down beat theme the staff were really friendly and the food was extremely tasty! Will be returning!

Went to the DRD for the first time on valentines day, the place has a fantastic atmosphere however due to it being valentines day they only had the valentines menu on which was good but i couldn't get what i wanted from the main menu which would've led to me giving full marks i'm sure. Awesome cocktails and really good food.

The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere super friendly. Felt really welcome. The food portions are great for the price, and it would be very difficult to leave hungry!

Unlike some reports service was prompt and efficient. Atmosphere quirky. Food good. Well placed for a visit to the Phil. or Everyman. Would go back again.

Awesome, funny service and great food. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends. Don't really have anymore words to say about it but this has a minimum number of words. To quote Albus Dumbledore "Nitwit! Blubber! Oddment! Tweak!" Top Scran. Go here.

The food was lovely but as we went Valentine's Day at no point did it say it was a set menu. Disappointed with that. Service was good.

Went with my girlfriend and my 9 and 3 year old boys, had a great time. No childrens menu but ordered two sides and two lots of fries which was plenty for the boys. Would recommend death row diner to anyone.

Customer service was excellent lovely decor good atmosphere but food was poor,but had a lovely valentines night there would recommend but hopefully the food was poor due to set menu

Very nice the chicken gravy is better than kfc and the corn dogs are nice . I would definitely go back and get the same again.

Good food, service great. Error on bill but staff very apologetic and quickly rectified. Setting is brilliant and the atmosphere is very chilled. Definitely will revisit.

Lovely comfort food, lots of interesting choices on the menu. The waiter was so friendly and the food was served quickly. Good value for money, would definitely return!

Delicious food and the best service in Liverpool! Would definitely come back again, cannot fault any of the experience both my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Service wasn't the best , burger was tasty but I had dime bar cheesecake for dessert but it was vanilla cheesecake with dime bar sprinkles on top not what I was expecting

Was lovely, food was filling. The only criticism is that the starters are a bit too small, and the burgers maybe need more sauce? All in all great though!

Lovely tasty food, generous portions and friendly service. I had the bacon double cheese burger which was good and the pastrami fries which were amazing. I will be ordering the fries next time i go, i loved them. My friend had the milkshake which was a meal in itself but apparently delicious. Would definetly return and would highly recommend.

Food was excellent . However they had very little that was advertised on the alcohol menu . No red wine ,for a start . lady went to shop and bought one which was very kind . But never been to a restaurant where they have had to go to the shop for wine . Thought there would be more gimmicks and information about death row . A little disapponted as it was just a diner . Asked a member of staff were the toilets were and they had to ask somebody else . Found this bizarre .

Great food and drinks - the wrong food did some out which caused a bit of a delay. The staff did take it back just lacked any kind of apology. Atmosphere was ace though and the concept is really fun!

This is a really cool place - loved the setting! The food was yummy and really big portions. A great selection of cocktails. The staff were really friendly.

Food excellent but service awful. Felt like we were invisible. Waited ages to be asked about a desert and then never came back to place an order for them so then we just asked for the bill and left. First waitress who brought us in took the orders and then never seen us again so felt like we just got left when everyone else looked to be getting great service.

Great food and cool concept. Definitely can recommend the popcorn chicken starter. Quirky and tasty. Desserts are worth saving room for as well. Or a reason for another visit!

Lovely food and atmosphere. Could only say that alcohol was a bit expensive for what you got but other than that would highly recommend, have already told all my friends :)

Top notch. Food was very nice and service was fast and good atmosphere. We had a mixture of mainly starters. Lasagne bites are fantastic. Would recommend.

Totally different too our usual dining choice but we had 2 teenage boys to entertain they both loved the milkshakes and the choice of toppings for the burgers and fries. Overall at very pleasing meal with a cheeky cocktail or two for the adults 👍

Amazing food and reasonably priced. We picked lots of things to share. The deep fried Mac and cheese is amazing and the burnt ends were great too. We will definitely come back.

Amazing food and service in a unique and interesting setting. Very original Would recommend highly Prices reasonable for the portions you get. Will defo return when in area again.

Lovely food attentive staff not fussed on the tin foil plates and the toilets need cleaning a bit on the pricey side for what we got as chips not included with burger

We really enjoyed Death Row Diner, the food was American style food with a twist was lovely, the venue itself was very interesting, and we were well looked after. Highly recommend!

Excellent. Food really tasty and service excellent. Best burgers I've ever had. Lots of unusual combinations on the menu and I'd recommend the sweet potatoe fries. Make sure you have a big appetite as veri filling food. My lad hasn't stopped talking about the strawberry milk shake.

Visited on a Sunday lunch enjoyed our time here had the chicken b bucket it was a lot for me but took a doggy bag home service was good an the food was hot which I like would visit again

Lasagne bites are genius. Putting a 4Oz steak in a double cheese burger with peppercorn sauce is genius. Great food. Great service. Gravy chips. What's more to want?

Fantastic food, highly recommend the lasagne bites. service was very slow, but waiters very friendly when we spoke with them during the meal rate 6 for food but the service did bring score down

Had a great time at DRD for our works night out on friday. Food was incredible. The Nicest place I've been in years. Highly recommend. Cheers guys

The waitress was fantastic and helpful, however 5 of the 7 meals we ordered were unavailable and the manager was exactly appologetic, telling us she was busy when we tried to make a complaint. The good that we had was Ok, but nothing special which was unfortunate as it had so much potential.

Lively atmosphere, we took our 2 kids 4 and 7 they really enjoyed their food, staff where fantastic and super friendly. Burgers where juicy and flavoursome. Best burger joint in town 10/10 from us.

Excellent food. A few things not available like draught beer. Could do with a bit more prison type paraphernalia, pics of convicts etc. Love the silver tray idea but a prison type tray would be awesome. Will be coming again. X

For a Saturday night it was terribly understaffed, 2 floor staff and a manager. There appeared to be 2 kitchen staff and a KP We booked a table, had to wait 30 minutes at the bar - we were a table of 4. Another group had booked for 8.30 - had to wait, got free drinks, we did not. After being seated we waited 45 minutes for someone to even take a drink order, we nearly walked. Several tables around us walked out without even having their stater. 1 group of 4 had waited an hour for starters, the table next to us waited 75 minutes for starters then their starters and mains came all together. By the time our food came it was a very empty place. We then waited 30 mins after starter cleared for mains. Asked for the bill, no sorry about the whole experience . Food was not as good as previous visits either. Not great at all. Put me off coming back again. We travelled from Chester for this awful experience

The setting was good and the food and drink was all really tasty but really would prefer to eat off a plate rather than disposable trays!
