Define Food and Wine

Great atmosphere. Excellent service. Excellent food. Excellent wine. The Pork Cheeks, Prawns and Mushrooms were our favourites plus the desserts were to die for. Highly recommended.

This was my second time at Define and it was just as good as the first. The food is always spot-on and a little different, and the staff very knowledgeable. The place has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere.

Lovely food and love the way you can try different types of wine, we tried quite a few and they were all good. Lovey staff and ambience, although a little bright in the evening, too many spot lights

Lovely atmosphere, great food and wine, although some of the wine dispensers needed topping up, which were done as soon as we asked but should have been already. Nice friendly staff too.

Excellent ambience and of course very good wine choices. The small plate choices especially the king prawns and mushrooms are to be recommended. Can also recommend the Venezuelan sipping rum with desert.

Imaginative and original a really lovely evening with helpful friendly staff and a really interesting menu. Will certainly revisit for a meal have already been back for the cheese!

My friend and I had breakfast. We ordered crushed avocado with poached egg on sourdough toast. It was very nice. Service was good and we really liked atmosphere and decor of the place

Very enjoyable experience and good lunch in a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of room to talk individually. This together with pleasant staff makes it a place worth visiting.
