Had dinner with my wife and 3 + 2 grand children. Unanimous in praise of delicious food and friendly, courteous service. Even my 'gannet' grandkids were sated with the portions. Highly recommended.

The excellent choice of food was freshly cooked and delicious, the service was attentive without being intrusive. Used tastecard so very good value for money.

Attentive, but discreet service; excellent, authentic food; good-size portions. I ha the melon with cranberry starter, followed by grilled veal with fried potatoes and green beans. Would highly recommend and will certainly eat here again.

Steve and I went to Denise's last night on Tastecard, the food was delicious, and the service very good, what a lovely cosy restaurant, we will definitely go back, the only criticism we have is that it doesn't do the restaurant justice the décor outside , it look more like a café than a French dining place!!

Excellent...good and extensive menu, food feels truly fresh. Prompt and friendly service, House sauvignon blanc fairly priced and very good. No complaints...Would recommend to anyone..already have to some.

I booked our table for 2 online which was easy and confirmed by e-mail. When we arrived there was only a 4 seat table available. No problem except after a short time we were asked to move to allow for re-arranging the tables to make room even though there were only a few people present in the restaurant. A minor problem but could have been sorted beforehand. On the upside, the menu is very comprehensive and the food was very good and presented quickly. Geoff from Bournemouth
