Hi , RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH I made a reservation on their website and had my booking confirmed by email , arrived at the restaurant and they said I did not have a reservation. I shoed the manager my confirmation by email , his reply was we do not take bookings on the internet and there was nothing he could do.After a small argument I told him where to stick it....Never again.
The restaurant is lovely, the staff are great and the food was excellent. We visited early on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant itself felt a little chilly on arrival otherwise everything was perfect. The mixed fish kebab with scallops and halibut is fantastic.
An excellent restaurant. The staff were, again, very friendly, helpful and gave a real happy feel to the place. The food was quite superb. I had calamari for starters as well as a lasagne for my mains whilst my wife had mushrooms and a fillet steak and salad whilst our son also had the mushrooms but chose the cannelloni. All the meal were excellent. I can't criticise the restaurant, staff, food etc... at all. A lovely experience and one we will repeat sooner rather than later.
Our party of seventeen visited Due Amici on the 30th December and all commented that the food was excellent and that the service at this very busy time was good.
