Good no nonsense food and friendly service. I love the Philly Steak sandwich!

Staff were friendly and helpful, food delicious and they were very generous portions.

5th visit and food quality and standard of service was excellent.

Steak and ribs were disappointing. Although the service was good we expected a little more from this place.

It's burgers and much more, all meals are made with quality and passion. The menu isn't overwhelming at all its kept simple still with plenty of choice for most pallets. Drinks wise good selection to appease all appetites. I'd recommend a visit just for the quickly charm of the place, the food and the feel at home factor. Sorry I didn't get to sample the breakfast menu but that also did however look amazing. Myself and my fiancée would definitely come back and sample some more of this menu. Totally recommend a visit.

The food is worth the wait. Give yourselves plenty of time to enjoy, this is not a fast food establishment. X

Waited a long time considering there was barely anyone else in restaurant. Overally priced, would be okay for a city setting but it costs way too much for Scarborough.

Staff were fast and the food was good quality,the steak and rib combo I had was great well cooked and very good value for money

Really friendly and helpful staff, and we enjoyed the atmosphere and decor as well as the food. GREAT FOR COELIACS as they can do everything on the menu gluten free except the chilli (and some desserts) but so much choice. Our kids 9 & 11 loved it too, especially the pictures of Ghostbusters, the A team etc and we had fun guessing all the movie quotes. The burgers were good, lovely fries and they were flexible with the menu to accommodate our autistic son. We enjoyed the nacho and burnt end starters (large portions so good to share!) and I had the Philli steak with fried onions, mushrooms, peppers and cheese which was amazing. It’s not high end dining (I don’t think you go to an American diner for that!) but just a great casual restaurant for a fun relaxed informal meal, would highly recommend and especially for families or groups of friends. They also do man v food challenges and there’s a wall of fame and a wall of shame for this! Great place - thanks ECK 😊

Really well looked after by the team at East Coast Kitchen, the food was plentiful and really nice and they are dog friendly all day and evening if you have a well behaved friend with you! They made us feel very welcome in clean and pleasant surroundings and the generous portions from a varied menu leave you very satisfied

Friendly staff and good choice menu at reasonable prices. Our burgers were delicious and certainly a good plate full. Surroundings very entertaining and unique for Scarborough, will definitely be visiting again 😀👍

Great staff, very welcoming. Extra effort made for my wife’s birthday which was a nice surprise and welcoming for dogs too. Parking is not far away either

Food excellent, service was really good, the only down side, and the reason it only rated 5 was the fact that the Root beer was Australian, they can get A& W CREAM SODA, but not root beer, all in all I would still recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience from start to finish! Excellent customer service from will and one of the owners! With 2 energetic kids in tow we were made to feel welcome! Food was out of this world! The kids even got to go in the kitchen to make their own puddings! Would defo recommend and we will be returning next time we are in Scarborough!

Staff were brilliant. It was our 1st time for burnt ends and lollipop chicken (we expected something different but what came was far better) Go hungry or leave unacheived. Big food, good prices & a taste like we had never had before. we had 3 courses and we left happy. Thank you and we will be back with our tribe soon. only 1 draw back i saw for others was no card machine but it does tell you on the door and theres a free atm over the road so just use your etes and read there notice.

Most of the food was amazing! One chicken burger was a bit dry though, but the staff more than made up for it! Have been there a few times now and looking forward to next time!

Shocking, not one to complain but when.uts empty and you have to stand over the person whilst they clean the table before you sit down is a major warning. Food was okayish pull pork sandwich very salty. Semi.cooked sweet potato fries

Portions were huuuuuuuuuge! Was ok for a filling meal and was a nice change for us, I don't think we would go back in a hurry.

Food was only warm for some reason couldn't get a drink told to fetch one from across the road not as good as it used to be don't think I will be back

Understaffed, but the staff that were present were very attentive and efficient. The food was very good and arrived well presented. The only problem was that I couldn't pay by card and had to go to the shop over the road to get cash.

Service was friendly and the food is great huge portions and very tasty. The food arrived in a timely fashion and was good quality we all thought it was superb.

We booked this as a treat after a recommendation spending a lovely day in Scarborough. We went about 4pm for tea the menu looked impressive and being vegetarian it had some good options. Ordered the veggie hotdog which i cannot fault was tasty and you get plenty however the fries although looked delicious you could strongly taste they had been cooked in the same oil as meaty products and had a really strong meaty taste so could not eat them all. Again love dessert and ordered the oreo which oreos are deep fried in a pancake mix came and looked gorgeous but again the oreos were obviously fried in the same meaty oil so i could not eat them. It also needs air con or a way of getting some air in the place it was really warm anf uncomfortable. The staff were lovely and accomodating. But you pay alot and ive had better for much less money. Need some deals. I dont think i will return.

Excellent food and good portions for the money. Service could have been a little more attentive instead of having to ask for bottomless coffee refills, and having to take my bill to the counter tho.
