The staff as always were lovely. The staff remembered us from last time which was nice touch.The venue is huge but homely at the same time. Food is fantastic but possibly a bit expensive. The poppadoms and chutney tray best around. The website needs updating however as hard to see which branch is which and the menus are different. Id love a loyalty scheme to encourage return visits. Will definitely return. Thanks

We arrived at 3pm. The restaurant wasn't open. A few staff turned up(not sure if they should officially be here), there was no acknowledgement of us and looking from the outside the place needed cleaning. I would avoid like the plague if these dirty looking people are going anywhere near your food. We went to turtle Bay instead.

Restaurant beautiful with efficient and friendly staff. Meal was a bit disappointing tho.Had veg pilau but couldn't find or taste much veg in it.Lamb vindaloo and Rogan's Josh were lacking in flavour.We have been before and meals where far better.It would be a shame if standards drop as such a delightful restaurant.

We had a great evening here on a one night visit to Liverpool. Staff were so friendly, food was delicious and there were a celeb or two present.

Really slow service yesterday. Took 1hr 35 mins for starters to arrive. Drinks slow to arrive too (20mins). We left hungry and without having mains as we had to go to the theatre. Staff not particularly bothered either. Table next to us left without paying for similar reasons. They can’t cope with being busy. If you go, set aside three hours at least for a two course meal and good luck. We won’t be returning! Shocking. We went elsewhere for a pizza after the show But shouldn’t have needed to or to have needed to eat so late. Poor poor poor!

We arrived at 6pm and the place was busy. Taken to table and ordered drinks and popadoms. 20 mins later we had to chase our drinks. Another 20 mins later we had to chase our starters. And our mains turned up at 7:30pm which meant eating fast and leaving most ( show at Arena started at 8pm). Chicken shikh starter was not cubes of chicken but minced and moulded onto sticks and shamee kebab was some mashed stuff in a parcel - disgusting!! We always go here before an event at the arena but I think last night will be our last.

Food was great. Good menu with a good selection of Punjabi dishes. Only criticism was that the service was a little slow. Some diners who were going to a show had to leave their mains etc. But if you’re not rushed and want a good meal, highly recommend.

We arrived on time, but unfortunately the restaurant was well overbooked, so after waiting one and a half hours, we still hadn’t eaten, and we had to leave to go to the theatre. So we left feeling very hungry, and not happy with this restaurant!

Family get together with brother and sister in law for both their 50th birthday celebration. All enjoyed the atmosphere, drinks and food. Very impressed with it all and lovely staff, we will be coming back, thankyou for making it a special night to remember.
