Carefully designed to combine the fresh and flavourful tastes of Spanish cuisine in a modern setting. Signature dishes include truffle tortilla, creamy croquettes, Joselito Iberico Ham, cherry pistachio gazpacho, premium stone-cooked “Vaca Rubia Gallega” steak… and many more!
