the food is special, but it has no salt and then the taste was bland, the chicken is not valued. I had a not very pleasant experience. we were not told that the ordered product CHORIBURGER containing habanero mayo is hot, very hot and the child could not eat it, we adults barely ate. we had to order another food for the child. the waiter had to say or write this aspect in the menu. regarding gluten-free food, it is not suitable for celiacs, the buns are made on the same hob as the one with gluten, the cook does not use gloves, so cross-contamination mâncarea este deosebita, dar nu are sare si atunci gustul era fad, nu este pus in valoare puiul. am avut o experiență nu tocmai placuta. nu ni s-a spus ca produsul comandat CHORIBURGER care contine habanero mayo este iute, foarte iute si copilul nu a putut manca, abia am mâncat noi adultii. a trebuit sa comandam alta mâncare pentru copil. ospatarul trebuia sa spuna sau sa scrie in meniu acest aspect. in ceea ce privește mâncarea fara gluten nu este indicata pentru celiaci, chiflele se fac pe aceeași plita cu cea cu gluten, bucatarul nu foloseste manusi, deci contaminare incrucisata

Amazing place to eat. Staff were attentive and the food and drink(s) were incredible and very satiating!

Terrible table, booked for 4 luckily 2 kids would have been impossible for 4 adults to sit in the space provided. Food and atmosphere was ok, service was bad.

Spicy chicken the better way. I had the Boneless fried chicken coated in sweet guava sauce. Really special!

They didn't check their bookings and then said it was for 2 not 3, despite saying 3 on the screen she showed me. So we had to sit outside. Food was good but service patchy

Fab time as always at El Pollote with unique and tasty food, lots of gf options, delicious beer & cocktails and fun service. Only minor moan would be there was a right racket coming from the kitchen as they were using what seemed to be an industrial-style blender to make some salsa for 5 minutes (I understand there’s always going to be some clattering but this was sooooooo incredibly loud it was laughable!).

Food is good. Service.. had to ask to be served. The attitude then kicked off on positive and friendly note, however lacking common sense. I suspect staff were just fed up. Overall good given quality of that lovely pollo! ☺️

Friendly staff. Sat at table right beside the hot plate so was very noisy and busy with a lot of staff right over our table. The chicken was super fresh with a great fry/batter however the burger was lacking in sauce/flavour combination. A little disappointment as we came by this spot from TikTok; sadly it fell short of expectation. Would give it 6/10.

I visiting years ago when you didn’t have a restaurant and it was some of the best food I’d ever had to was exiting to try your food now you have a restaurant so I travelled 3 hours to get there and pre booked for lunch. When we arrived the staff weren’t very friendly sat us right by the door so kept getting the cold air and breeze on us. The music was so loud couldn’t hear each other speak and the lady was polishing cutlery so loud that it’s all we could hear at one point. I was excited to try the Noel burger but for £16 it was really disappointing there was barely and turkey in the burger and it was small for the price not worth £16. I also got the yuca fries which was also a very small portion and where basically just covered in feta cheese I had barely any avacado. The staff didn’t check back to see how are meal was we weren’t offered any desserts so we just got up and asked for the bill.

Very kind staff, helped us get a table an hour before our original reservation time and gave us a nice table nevertheless. The food was amazing, we loved all the gluten free options and it tasted great!

The service was a bit slow and they kept bringing food and drinks that were meant for another table. I ordered the pork which was dry and tough. My friend had the tropical burger which she enjoyed however. So pretty average overall.

Amazing food served hot and fresh. Delicious Latin American flavours. I tried the Borough22 donut X El Pollote collab and that was well worth it. I'll be back again for the rest of their usual menu. The staff were phenomenal as well, super friendly, super efficient. We sat downstairs which was really cool. Super cool decor.

Tasty food, especially the wings, tropical burger, yuca fries and arepas -and service!!!

They messed up my birthday reservation. Apparently there was a special event with a set menu. They tried to inform me but made a typo in my email, but then kind of blamed it on me. The table was only available for an hour, so we had a drink and left. They brought guacamole as a gift but then later charged for it. Never seen anything so unprofessional.

I had the pork but it was so tough I couldn’t bite into it. I was then given a different main after complaining but the chicken didn’t taste that fresh and I wasn’t a fan of the sauce coating. My friend also tried it and felt the same. Overall food was very disappointing. On top of that we were seated by the kitchen and half way through our meal a chef started hacking at their freezer trying to remove all the ice, we struggled to hear each other talking and it ruined the atmosphere.

Food was expensive and not incredible - £60, no drinks - (salad, 4 corn tacos with meat and a portion of corn, and a burger and chips) and burgers come without sides. It wasn't bad food, just the price of it all caused a bitter taste in my mouth. Service was great, music was quite loud but that's alright for some people!
