We both ordered from the Sunday lunch offer menu. We were not disappointed with either of our courses. Lovely food great value good customer service, friendly waitress. The menu has changed since our last visit but was still just as good.
Nice food would go again could of eaten more needed salad
It was our first visit to the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised when we entered The restaurant and bar decor was really lovely and the staff where very friendly it was just a-shame that the food was not all that good, the sharing garlic bread arrived quite quickly after ordering but then it took nearly a hour for the mains to arrive, we did think it may be because it was busy as there was a local concert on but when we counted there was only 22 in the restaurant and 4 of them where us. When the food did eventually arrive one meal was sent back the fish was no bigger than a fish finger and nearly all batter, the steak was very over cooked, the steak pie tasted lovely it was just a shame that it had only 5 tiny pieces of meat in and the potatoes which should have been chips where raw. We did mention to the waitress and she was very apologetic and did knock one meal off our bill. I think that the prices are a touch expensive for the quality of food.
Excellent as usual, but not many people in again. Don’t know why.
Great food, great staff and great value for money. Definitely recommend
