The Dining Room, set inside The Springs Spa in North Wales, is the perfect place to indulge whether you’re after a simple cafe break or full-on restaurant fare. After a day taking advantage of the spa – their grounds may date back to the 1400s, but their health facilities are resolutely modern and have a five-star rating – you can sit down to a superb meal.
