Fish Central in Barbican, London was founded way back when in 1968. Having come a long way from the humble plate of fish and chips (though they still make a cracking one), you will now find all kinds of fresh fish delicacies being served up on the daily. All the fish, seafood and crustaceans plated up at Fish Central are bought fresh each morning from the Borough Market, and are ethically farmed or sustainably caught.
