Never been before but will definitely go again. The food was exceptional, the best crispy duck we have ever eaten, full of meat not fatty and everything else was superb too. We will be back.

The food was ok, however it didnt taste fresh at all and it was microwaved. The wautress we had was bloody rude and unfriendly and she didnt smile and she made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcomed! she needs some manners and to give customers who are new to this establishment a polite and better service. I will not be coming back and i will tell all my friends not tp bother either! real shame because your place looks nIce but its so not WELCOMING !! DISSAPOINTED !!!! THIS WAS MY BIRTHDAY MEAL AND YOUR WAITRESS SPOILT IT!!!

My brother whom I took whilst visiting me from London said it was the best Chinese he’d ever had. Wonderfully fresh, tasty food with attentive service.

Our Food was amazing, Just wish they could improve the service. It was very slow. Our Hot plates were brought out and they went cold before our food arrived. It was a bit cold in the restaurant. We had a very nosy table next to us, 2 men who were on their phones the whole time and even sat watching/ showing each other video. A new party arrived and the 2 children on that table used the chop sticks to hit everything on the table, so nosy. Summery Great food, slow service and wish staff would ask customers to be aware of the noise they are creating

Our meals finally arrived after 2 hours. There were dishes missing and the food was stone cold. Other tables were experiencing the same. We left without eating. Be warned.

Excellent choice of dishes. Two of our party had the set menu of three courses - ample servings and great value. The quality of the food is always very good. Looking forward to our next visit.

The Fortune Inn is A lovely restaurant, which serves excellent food! There are friendly staff. Definitely one of the best in Chippenham, Wiltshire. Good parking area too.

What can I say about this restaurant, the ambience is fantastic everything clean and tidy, the food was great with the right amount of time between courses even though it was fairly busy when we attended. Lastly the staff were very polite and understanding for particular requests

Lovely food as it always. Only down side was that the restaurant was really cold. Staff are excellent. Just put a bit of heating on before the customers arrive.
