Good welcome great menu and service nice atmosphere, first class !

Great service, excellent food but it would be better if the prices of the dishes were displayed on the blackboard so there are no nasty surprises when the bill comes.

The food was delicious, the service attentive without being intrusive & the staff very polite and helpful.

Warmly greeted and friendly helpful staff at all times. Food was different but very enjoyable, good flavours and interesting ingredients. Altogether a pleasant dining experience.

Came here many years ago and kept seeing very good review about the bee owners, so decided to book a table for me and my husband to celebrate his birthday. We were greeted by friendly, welcoming staff and enjoyed a delicious starter and main, unfortunately we could not manage a desert but from what I saw these looked just as good as everything else. We will definitely be returning.

WOW...first visit..but will be going back next week..for people who enjoy good, great food..this is a must.

Background music pleasant enough but volume could be lower especially when restaurant not that busy. Website should make it clear there is an alternative a la carte menu available, not just the fixed price 3 course one.

Team forward made us very welcome and fed us well

We had a lovely time at Fourwards on Friday 21st May, it was the first time we had dined out since the first lockdown in March 2020, it was great to be out at last. From the fantastic food and amazing staff it was a pleasure, we felt safe and looked after. We are there again in 2 weeks time looking forward to it. Thank you

first night out since lockdown, the staff had created a lovely outdoor area with fairy lights an lanterns . all undercover. and because it was still very chilly they had blankets to hand , much appreciated! we had amazing food, everything came in a takeaway style box which i thought was a great idea an didn’t take anything away from how good the food tasted . staff friendly an attentive. lovely first time back out in the real world!

A special lunch before we went back into lockdown. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you and take care everyone.

lovely atmosphere, fabulous food and friendly efficient service, couldn't be better!

the service was good however the quality of food was poor. the starters were average with the calamari slightly chewy. The beef stew was gristly and the fillet although cooked pink was chewy. £80.00 for 2 people mid week lunch including 2 courses, 4No medium white wines and 2 coffees very expensive for the quality of the food provided. it will be a long time before I venture back.

Excellent food the master chef 2010 was beautiful, little bit cold in restaurant ( but was cold day and didn’t help with a customer being on phone near door for a while with keeping it open) Would definitely recommend and will return soon.

Okay meal, not a great choice on the three course menu, I’ve had better when I’ve been in the past, this was my first visit out since Covid lockdown so a little disappointed

The food was great as usual, the only thing that spoilt it a little was the loud table next to us, we couldn’t hear ourselves think let alone have a conversation. Staff were fantastic and service was great. Felt really Covid safe.

Always a fab meal out, staff are very welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional, food is always amazing 😉 great atmosphere, this place is one of our favs 🥰
