A fabulous meal in a great atmosphere as always. Service excellent and a very extensive menu and a specials board on top. Not on first visit and certainly won't be our last, thank you

Franco's is a delightful place to eat, particularly when you have friends with you who have never been to the city before. The waiters were very attentive, had a wicked sense of humour, and were keen to make the event a memorable one. Our American friends were very impressed with the building, and all it had to offer. Did I mention the food? The meal was beyond good. It was out of this world - well cooked, beautifully presented, and extremely delicious. Overall? A wonderful meal in very conducive surroundings. We will be coming again. Count on it.

Friendly, polite staff and environment. Food was the best! It wasn't too loud. Me and my boyfriend went on a date here and it was perfect. Anybody is welcome. It's the best restaurant in town!

The restaurant is in an excellent city centre location. We were served lovely food, which was very reasonably priced. The service was friendly and attentive. Very happy with our experience.

Lovely food, staff, and location. We were seated and served promptly, and the bill was very reasonable. Despite being busy, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely tasty food, very pleasant service. The risotto was beautiful. They could do with some fans to cool the place down though very stuffy in there.

Typical cheap, bland, zero effort Italian food. Service was equally poor with staff who appeared to not want to be there. Would not return, too many other nice places to eat in Carlise
