Fusion Palace does exactly what it says in its name, fusing lots of Chinese and Asian ingredients and cooking methods together to deliver a varied menu – with as many old favourites on it as there are new and exciting dishes. Situated on Cambridge Street in Glasgow city centre, Fusion Palace offers lots of traditional hot pot and sizzling dishes with both meat and veggie-based options. First time eating at Fusion Palace, recommended by a friend. First impressions, staff are very friendly, polite. Menu reasonably priced, early evening so we ate from the lunch menu. Chicken satay very tasty. Would recommend a visit.
