Evenings are the busiest time for this Bell Street bar, with cocktails and a gastropub menu (available from noon until 8pm) keeping pace with DJs until the wee hours. Open seven days a week, G-Town Lounge also does all-day breakfasts, and express lunch menu, and even a kids’ menu for the little ones. Cocktails from the classic selection are cut-price from Monday to Thursday, and you can grab yourself two cocktails and a bowl of nachos for a tenner any time you drop by. From noon until 6pm every day of the week you can get two courses from the gastropub menu for under a tenner, while the express lunch – ever popular with city centre workers and wanderers close to Merchant City – is discounted to unbelievably low levels (one, two and three courses) between noon and 3pm Monday to Friday.
