Nice little place and we had a cosy spot. Service is near impeccable. Food is good for the price.Will definitely go again.

Shocking service, no customer care. Disinterested in resolving mistakes. Will leave it another 10 years.
Generally a good experience. The quality and taste of the food was good. One of the mains was not ready with the others, however they brought all the side dishes out at once, meaning the missing main person was treated to lukewarm side dishes. When bringing dishes the waiter asked who was having which course, but instead of placing the courses with the right person he placed them where he wanted, begging the question, “why bother asking?”. Interaction with the staff felt scripted raher than genuine warmth.

The food as always was very good. The service was less so. We had to wait about an hour for our order to be taken, and then the waiter left before taking everyone’s order, so that he could answer the phone !! I do not believe this is very good customer service. We then waited about another 15 minutes before someone else came and asked if we’d placed our order and another five before the original waiter came and completed the order ! We had to wait too long for food and drinks orders to be taken.
Warmly welcomed to the restaurant by the staff who gave us plenty of time to choose what we wanted to eat from the menu. The service was very good, with good draft beer and excellent food. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone who has lived, worked and travelled in Asia and also for anyone who has not.
Great service, not rushed, made to feel welcome. Cosy atmosphere. Fresh ingredients and really good food. Excellent selection to choose from. Good sized portions. Recommend Gaylord.
Food very average (particularly in a town with a plethora of other Indian restaurants). Chicken in my curry chewy and over cooked. Reasonably expensive for what we got. Service very slow).
6 of us dined. Great food, served at just the right time and lovely, helpful attentive staff. We had a really fab evening thank you
