Giraffe Manchester is inside The Trafford Centre. Specifically, it’s nestled within the food court which is, and you can Google it, the largest food court in Europe. Even so, Giraffe Manchester remains your safest bet here for properly good international food (it is a world kitchen, after all), so from the menu you can expect lots of internationally-inspired tapas and mains, some hearty bowls for the soul, juicy burgers and fresh salads. If there’s a group of you taking a pit stop during some shopping, we’d absolutely recommend ordering a whole load of world tapas to share. Try the yaki gyozas, the salt & pepper squid and, in particular, the Japanese-style karaage chicken. Reservations at this Giraffe are wise, particularly at weekends.
