1st time visit at the restaurant, well received by staff. Steak was brilliant. We pre ordered a halal steak so the facility to do that was an additional bonus.

top meat, nice waiters, but 1 pound extra! But if you order bread for your starter, it costs a pound extra, which is a bit ridiculous with a bill of over 170 pounds.

Staff were all friendly and they were great for welcoming all the guests i had from overseas. only small let down is a larger private dining room would be great! other than that great.

First visit to Goodmans Canary Wharf for a while. Great food, perfectly cooked steaks, lively atmosphere and fantastic service from Wilson our waiter. Would definitely recommend.

Service and food was excellent as usual. I would definitely recommend the Longhorn Porterhouse, mac n cheese with truffle and triple cooked chips for the mains.

Great steak, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Organised a cake and candle for my husband for his birthday even though we didn't have dessert. Really nice meal.

Never realised Goldman's was in canary wharf for the past 6 years. Always go to the one in Mayfair. Had the steak. £68 for 8oogm. Every penny was worth it. Medium rare was cooks to perfection. Melts in your mouth. Creamed spinach, garlic mushrooms and sweet potato was a great combination. Waitress was from from mexico and very helpful. Service with a smile. Deffinately go back again.

Fantastic food and a great experience. Always a favourite steak place in the wharf. If you want to try some cuts of steak off the beaten track then check out the chalk boards.

The food was very good. Staff almost over attentive - too much pouring of our wine - but would otherwise recommend. Nice location and ambience.

An excellent restaurant. I have visited Goodmans at Canary Wharf 4-5 times in 2017 and I have to say the experience is second to none. Lovely sides which are a little unusual from the norm which is why I like them. As for the steaks they are to die for. I've had all cuts but generally corn fed and they have always been excellent and good quality. The staff are really nice and go out of their way to be helpful to all.

Expensive but very worth it. Porterhouse steak to share with the Mrs is the way to go. Great for a pre meal before going to see a show at the O2 Arena.

Fantastic service from start to finish - food was superb as always, our waitress was attentive without being intrusive and as this was a lunch meal, the speedy service was appreciated.

Lovely, perfectly made steak we have never eaten before. Excellent sides, nice wines however do not go for the desserts and the coffee: unacceptable quality. Waiters / waitresses are amazing as well. The noise in the restaurant is a bit disturbing as well. No music.

Great steak as always! Been here a few times and never disappointed with food. Service somewhere between not rushed and slow though.... first time for my girlfriend and she said it lived up to the hype...

Absolutely loved it! Been there twice, (last year and this year) for my boyfriend's birthday! He loves it! Going back again for his birthday! highly recommended! Our waitress was lovely.

Then food was amazing and service was spot on. The resturant went above and beyond to make our anniversary evening special and accommodated our Halal, Gluten free and no Alcohol requirements. The staff were friendly and pur waitress in particular gave us great service. The atmosphere in the resturant was relaxing and romantic suites the occasion - smart casual A big thank you to the team

The food was excellent, and the restaurant itself is buzzing. There was a bit of a problem with the order process though - we got a completely different main to what we ordered, and so they had to go away and start again. It was exceptionally busy and so perhaps understandable that things got confused, but we were a bit disappointed by this - the additional 30 minute wait meant we were very hungry when the food arrived! The manager was extremely apologetic and removed any charge for the mains from our bill - they handled the situation well, and I would imagine it was a genuine mistake unrepresentative of their usual standards. We will go back.

We were spoilt for choice and every single dish was delicious. It was such a struggle to attempt to return to work after such a feast.

Excellent service and world class steaks. As a family we dine at Goodmans 4 or 5 times a year and food, wine and ambience is always fantastic.

An excellent ambient atmosphere, made to feel most welcome by the waiters, polite conversations, brilliant service and outstanding food! What more can I ask for? A definite recommend.

I and my wife visited Goodmans. If you are vegetarian like my wife the choices are Very limited. The kind waitress recommended a pasta for my wife which was not on the menu. I guess it was food for the staff. My wife did not like the pasta one bit for the price we paid. However I had the Rib Eye Steak and that was definitely exquisite. If you are a steak lover they have a variety of different cuts and the meat is usually cooked to perfection. I would go here again for a steak but definitely not for vegetarian.

I think Goodman's is probably my favourite steak restaurant in London. Steak is incredible, menus has varied options for sides and the Malbec is great. Recommended. Service was average this night.

It was a wonderful experience with amazing food and drinks. It was the best steak we had, cooked to perfection and even the sides we had were delicious and combined perfectly with the meat. The service was excellent and they have even gave us a dessert on the house for our anniverssary which was a beatiful and unexpected surprise! We truly enjoyed our special evening and thank you for the experience.

Fantastic steaks, lovely starters - knowledgeable and just friendly enough staff. Prime US Rib Eye was excellent and just like others we loved the truffle fries.

Great food, the best chips in London, the steak and chicken are cooked to perfection. The staff are lovely and very good at their jobs and always happy to help. Overall a fantastic experience every time I eat there. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone looking for a place near Canary Wharf.

Usually love it at Goodmans, but theres been a few changes to the menu that in my opinion has reduced its quality. Steaks are great - they should be, but the truffle fries had too much salt and flavourings and had lost their "crunch" that was previously so appealing. The carrots also are not as tasty as when they were cooked with pecans All in all a great steak, but please lift your standards again

Amazing meat and wine, great service and atmosphere. Thirs visit and have been blown away every time. A bit pricy, but quality doesn't come for free.

You know the feeling when you're so full you want to stop eating, but you know that if you do you'll regret it? Thats Goodman.
