Excellent customer service. For guests who weren’t accustomed to dining at steakhouses, Ilenia explained the differences in the types of steaks very well - Ilenia also made our dinner experience very enjoyable and comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food which was excellent however we felt we were rushed through our meal - attempts were made to clear our plates before we had finished eating both our starter and main course and there was barely any break between the courses. Once our main course had been cleared, the bill was immediately brought to our table when we hadn't asked for it and we hadn't even been offered dessert or coffee which we had planned to have! Decided to go elsewhere for this. Not been to a Goodmans before so no idea if this is usual but not the experience we had anticipated bearing in mind the cost of the meal.
