Lovely food - we ordered almost everything from the tapas menu! There's been an explosion of Spanish/Tapas style restaurants in Liverpool in the last few years, but Gracias and one other Spanish restaurant remain my favourites (have tried all the others - not worth a second visit!).

Food and service was excellent! Will definitely be going back - I would recommend to anyone who loves Spanish food! Booking online also couldn't have been easier.

Friendly staff at a family run restaurant able to advise on the menu and specials. Relaxed atmosphere good food and wine at a reasonable price.

The food was fantastic with some really nice authentic dishes. The staff and owner in particular are always so friendly and efficient. This place should be busier than it is as the food is a better standard than the Tapas next door. I would highly recommend this place if you are thinking of deciding between the two!!

Booked here last minute, it has a nice relaxed atmosphere inside, the tapas dishes were very nice, a good selection, some are slightly pricey but you do get some large portions. Overall it's a very nice restaurant with good food to try.

The quality of tapas was superb and as good as we have experienced. It was authentic. We also enjoyed the service and the ambience of the restaurant. Well worth a visit.

Our first visit after many recommendations, and it will certainly not be our last. Service was fantastic, explanations of the dishes and portion sizes given to aid our decisions and lovely decor and atmosphere. Simply a must visit restaurant if you enjoy tapas.

Amazing food. Generous portions. The mid week meal deal is very good value for money.Very attentive staff. Both myself and my daughter love this place. One of my favourites. We will be returning in the very near future. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Food was as fabulous as ever. Great value - 3 tapas for 12.95 - which was brilliant. The standard of the food is amazing - every time we go we like it more. Keep on doing what you're doing!!

Great service, wonderful food and a free Mother's Day sangria was given to my mum! Lovely thought! Food came out as it was ready which at first I wasn't sure about but it actually worked well - it spaces out your dining experience! We will definitely be coming back.

Gorgeous as always! Gracias will always be my favourite restaurant :) the crunchy chicken with the homemade chutney is SO GOOD. I get it every time I visit.. And the actual sharable sized portions are one of the many reasons this restaurant is the best tapas in Liverpool :) Look forward to my next visit!

Fantastic restaurant. Best tapas in Penny Lane. Warm welcome, cooked by people who not only cook well but have a passion about the food served. Treat for us on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

As we walked in for my birthday celebration, the owner was making two large glasses of Sangria - I mentioned our reservation and he said, "these are for you, Happy Birthday". The fabulous service kept coming, with friendly staff and the food was divine. I definitely recommend the goat's cheese, and the homemade alioli was out of this world. We're grateful to live locally and will be back!

Excellent and imaginative tapas, good wine and superb service made for a very enjoyable evening. The highlights were the slow roast lamb and the Valencian creme brûlée.

Our first visit to this restaurant was a most pleasurable occasion. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive without being 'pushy'. I have to say that this was probably the best tapas food we have experienced. Allow for about 2 dishes per person if you wish to enjoy the tasty paella to share at the end. The tapas contained a varied mixture of vegetarian, fish, and meat dishes. The patatas bravas were the nicest we have tasted, and as for the lamb with mustard and honey - absolutely delicious. Other truly memorable dishes included the goats cheese, the peppers, and the prawns. We had the seafood paella - exceedingly good; next time we will try the Valencienne paella (chicken and rabbit). Overall a really very nice culinary experience, and one which we hope to experience again soon. Give it a go - you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic authentic food and wine, and nice relaxed atmosphere. The food was served at a nice steady pace allowing us time to enjoy each plate. Will definitely be returning soon.

Visited Gracias with my wife and two daughters. We all thoroughly enjoyed the authentic Spanish tapas - absolutely delicious! We were impressed by the warm welcome and friendly, helpful service from all the staff. We will definitely book again! Recommend you give it a try!

Gracias has great food and atmosphere. The service was good. These are tapas with a difference such as foie gras. Reasonable price too. Would recommend.

Had a lovely time, food was fantastic, it was our first time there and didn't know what to get so staff were very helpful in choosing the best things to get, everything was so tasty, would definitely go back again.

We really enjoyed our evening. Beautifully cooked food. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Buzzing, lively atmosphere. The background music was a little loud for us but we will definitely go again.

Food was delicious and the service was excellent, staff are really friendly. Would advise to book as the restaurant was really busy. Will definitely be going back here.

14th, January was my wife's birthday. Visit to Gracias was disappointing in the extreme. Arrived on time. One and a half hours later before we offered a drink and asked to order our meals which arrived almost one and a half hours after arriving. Obviously very short staffed. Two waiters working very hard to keep the place going, but if you haven't time to look after your customers. You will close. Don't think we will be visiting again.

Had a lovely meal at Gracias last night. Very friendly staff, good recommendations on food pairing, and the food itself was delicious! We went for the 3 for £11.95 option, and there was more than enough to share around (3 people each ordered the 3, so 9 dishes in total). The croquettes were divine! Would highly recommend and will be back! Gracias!

Food delicious, staff very attentive but not overpowering, spacious, good music. May be a little more expensive than other Tapas restaurants but in my opinion well worth the money due to quality of food.

Very friendly staff. Interesting tapas that I have not seen anywhere else and good quality wine. Much better than most tapas places. I would recommend this restaurant
